Nobady show up when I arrived to hotel. I couldn’t use the room that I booked!
Cons:

Saat 20.00 civarında booking üzerinden rezervasyon yaptım. Taksi ile otele vardığımda resepsiyon yoktu. Asansör çalışmıyordu. Bir resepsiyon veya görevli görebilme umuduyla valizimle birlikte üst kata çıktım. Kimseyi göremedim. İletişim adreslerinde verilen numarayı aradığımda telefonda kredi kartı bilgilerimi istediler. Rezervasyonu zaten kredi kartı ile booking üzerinden yaptığımı söyledim. Eğer bir kişi ile yüzyüze muhattap olabileceksem nakit olarak ödeme yapabileceğimi de söyledim. Halihazırda bana odamın anahtarını vermek için bir kişinin eşlik etmesi gerekiyordu. Telefondaki kişi otele gelemeyeceğini söyledi. Tuttuğum odaya giremedim. Tekrardan taksi çağırdım ve başka bir otel aradım.

Pros:

Man merkt, dass dies Haus noch Inhabergeführt ist und der Gast im Mittelpunkt steht.Ich hab mich rund um wohl gefühlt und auch die Lage hat mich überzeugt. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich, dass ich doch noch das Frühstück vor Ort dazu gebucht habe, selbst ein frisch gebratenes Spiegelei gab es für mich.Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Reactive, friendly, present, good value
Pros:

I booked around 10:00 pm and arrived towards 11:45 pm...although they were surprised by the short term reservation...a room was ready...I was checked in within5 minutes. Very friendly staff, great value breakfast!

Everything was great. Unfortunately there are only 2 parking lots at the facility. An elevator would be fine.
