Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. החדר היה מעולה ושירות החדרים היה מצוין!
שירותי הקבלה היו מעולים.

Cons:

המזרן היה לא נוח בלשון המעטה, האוכל היה סביר, המים בבריכה החיצונית היו מאוד מלוכלכים ועכורים.

מקום מצויין עם צוות מנצח
Pros:

במקום היה נקי ומסודר. הצוות אדיב מאוד במיוחד לאדה המנהלת שתמיד דאגה לשאול ולברר אודות איכות שהייתנו ודאגה לפתור כל בעיה שגם לא הייתה קשורה למלון.

לא באנו עם ציפיות רבות האמת, והופתענו מאוד לטובה! נהנינו ונשמח לחזור :)
Pros:

ביקשנו וקיבלנו חדרים צמודים (אנחנו ו 2 הילדים) עם דלת מקשרת. החדרים מרווחים מאוד, הרבה שקעים, מקומות אחסון, מרפסת ונוף נהדר מהקומה ה 6.
שירות מעולה, התקשרו בערב הראשון (אלונה) לבדוק שהכול לשביעות רצוננו.
קיבלנו פינוקים של בקבוק יין בכל חדר, מים מינרליים, שוקולדים קטנים, וכן שעת עזיבה מאוחרת יותר בשעה (12 במקום 11)- הערכנו מאוד!
יש חנייה בשפע של המלון + בכחול לבן בצידי הכביש.
ארוחת בוקר מגוונת מאוד וטעימה! שילמנו תוספת גם עבור ארוחת הערב שהייתה טובה מאוד אף היא.
בריכה נהדרת, מים קרירים ונעימים.
הירידה לחוף פשוט תענוג- הכול קרוב, נגיש, חוף מסודר.

Cons:

התחזוקה לא 100.. דלת מקשרת שלא נסגרת עד הסוף אז אסור לנעול,
דברים קטנים בחדר שהיו קצת רופפים...
בניקיון/סידור החדר ביום השני יכלו להשקיע קצת יותר... (לא לקחו מגבות ישנות, לא החליפו טישיו באמבטיה... דברים קטנים אבל שמנו לב אליהם.
בבריכה- חבל שלא אוכפים את עניין העישון + רמקולים שאורחים מביאים איתם ...
מגבות הבריכה- אומנם מכובסות אבל נותרו כתמים ישנים משימושים קודמים, כל מיני גוונים חומים/צהובים.. פחות נעים.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

L'efficacite et la reactivite de Sisi, et Lada. La nourriture fraiche, variee, excellente, le personnel dans sa globalite aux petits soins. La proprete de l'hotel et des chambres. La proximite de la mer morte, facile d'acces. Une valeur sure avec un tres bon rapport qualite prix.
A refaire en toute confiance.
