Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Pros:

The beach, the room and the breakfast was outstanding. The reception team outstanding and upgraded to better room when hear that it's my mom 75 birthday and had available room with better facilities. Outstanding food in Bar for dinner ( we didn't want to have full dinner and enjoyed very much good food in Bar area. There was great show at evening, we enjoyed every moment.

Cons:

The jacuzzi is in common area and was under reparation, we had one in our room it was good, but not sure how for other people that don't have in the room. not sure when the reparation of interior pool will be done. but otherwise, all the rest is clean and outstanding.

Pros:

Every time I visit, it just feels like coming home. The service here is next level – from the housekeeping team keeping everything totally spotless, to the amazing girls at reception: Yulia, Hadar, and Natalia. They always welcome me with the biggest smiles and so much warmth. A massive shoutout to Alona, the evening manager. Her personal touch and how much she genuinely cares is so rare and really makes the whole trip. Thanks for a stay with real soul, can't wait for next time!

יום הולדת לבת הזוג לקחנו לילה אחד בחדר עם גקוזי פרטי, המנהלת לדה דאגה לי ברגישות לשמפנייה ובלונים בחדר כשהגענו...
היה מהמם,שירות טוב ארוחת בוקר וערב עשירה לטעמי.
לקחנו גם עיסוי זוגי בספא שהיה מצוין לשנינו
