Pros:

Breakfast was good .. with varied choices.

Cons:

I love the onsen bath .. but please take attention with the bath floor .. brushing the whole floor coz it was a little slippery.

A good place for an easy drive to the race track.
Pros:

Everything was nice and clean, the free breakfast was good. The staff are nice and helpful.
It’s within a short driving distance to Ebisu circuit.

Cons:

The bed and pillow were too hard for my liking.
The clothes dryer could work better, even after 3 times drying my clothes they still needed to be hung up to fully dry.

Staff that help you no matter what
Pros:

The public bath and the staff!! We had an issue with another hotel via booking.com in Kyoto and the staff here were amazing at helping us! The lady at the front desk was so polite and helpful, we even had a giggle at a few of the inconveniences.
She gave me a lucky charm of Fukushima for my
Journey ahead.

Thank you so much.

Cons:

The distance from the train station but that’s just because of the long route Apple Maps takes you. If you go there, there is a smooth path all the way which we didn’t work out until our last day!

Great staff, clean accomodation, convenient location to Ebisu Circuit.
Pros:

Great location for those visiting Ebisu Circuit. I was there for 3 weeks initially then decided to extend another week. The staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay and helped to make sure I was able to keep the same room for the extended period.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options. It was nice they don't serve exactly the same food every day, there's some variety added in each day.

The coin laundry was very useful, every time I went to do the washing there was at least one machine available - could have just been luck but they had 4 machines in the standard laundry room then I believe extra women-only machines in the changing room for onsen.

I really like the eco-cleaning plan they have, where you can choose eco-cleaning and they gift you free drink tokens.

Cons:

Nothing to note that was an issue.

It would be nice if there was a coin-changing machine in the laundry but each time I asked the staff to change a note into coins it was easy and quick.
