The front office team at this hotel is absolutely outstanding
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained.The room was also very quiet, with no outside noise disturbing my stay.

Well located hotel
Pros:

Location… some good cafes around and suitable do my location needs.

Cons:

Set meal option for dinner was the same, so we only went once.
Breakfast was just ok.
The bathroom was a a little dated but clean.

Still the best place to stay in Nawanshahr
Pros:

Once again stayed at the Hrand Hotel and once again a great stay. Very attentive staff. Good laundry services. I was a bonus to get toothbrush and paste and a shaving kit. The restaurant and food was excellent. The best place to stay in Nawanshahr.

Cons:

Everything was good. No complaints. The first time I was here the roof top area was very nice. Now it could use a bit of a tidy up. That doesn't take anything away from the hotel though.

Fantastic location with a convenient store next door.
Very helpful staff. Couldn’t do enough for us.
Rooms were cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels every morning.
Breakfast was delicious and both ladies serving us, Pooja and savita were wonderful.

Some rooms are a little dated and need modernising

my stay was really awesome and relaxed
Pros:

breakfast was so yummy. Front office staff was co operating and amiable .they are helpful every time as well as there was a really warm welcome for me . My expectations were fulfilled properly . The hotel's location was also excellent as it is close to city area .
