Relajado y elegante Hotel.

La ubicación,la habitación,dispone de baño turco y sauna.

Pros:

En las condiciones de mi reserva sólo se informaba que se debía de realizar el pago de la primera noche por adelantado, cosa que se realizó. Al llegar a hacer el check in nos obligaron a realizar el pago de la segunda noche por adelantado coaccionando tanto a mí como a mí acompañante con la cancelación de la reserva y nadie nos había informado nada al respecto

Cons:

Los responsables de recepción nos coacionaron en todo momento con tono elevado con la cancelación de nuestra reserva si no pagamos la segunda noche por adelantado, cosa de la que no nos informaron en ningún momento y no aparece en las condiciones de nuestra reserva. Era la boda de mi hermana y fuimos tratados muy mal

La atención del personal, el cuidado y limpieza de las instalaciones (tanto habitaciones como exteriores), el entorno, el aparcamiento...

Cons:

En la habitación se pasa un poco de frío en cuanto refresca el tiempo. En mayo la climatización está cambiada a modo verano y en cuanto refresca por la noche hay que buscar la manta.
El buffet para el desayuno no tiene en cuenta a las personas con intolerancia. Por ejemplo, solo hay leche semidesnatada. Se echa en falta o bien leche sin lactosa o bebidas vegetales tipo avena, soja...

Hotel estupendo y tranquilo frente a la playa
Pros:

El entorno es precioso, en mitad de los pinos, frente a la playa de la flecha y muy cerca de El Rompido y El Portil. Es un hotel tranquilo y las habitaciones son cómodas.

Cons:

Solicitamos una habitación en planta alta, pero no había disponibles, nos dieron una en planta baja, que está en la zona de jardín, y había un ligero olor a humedad.
