Somos de Perez Zeledon y siempre que tenemos que ir a San Jose pasamos la noche aqui para poder pasar el Cerro bien temprano. Nos encanta todo! El personal es muy amable,el lugar bonito y los comercios y restaurantes alrededor que tienen todo y el desayuno es muy bueo.
es la primera vez que usamos el gimnasio y no es el mejor... pero bueno, solo por decir algo!
This property is located in a shopping center which makes it conveniently located to several shops and restaurants. The hotel is also modern with an excellent breakfast buffet. Despite being located near a bustling intersection, there was a nice view from our room.

We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Hotel Pinares. A special thank you to Catalina for helping arrange a birthday surprise for my husband in our hotel room. Communication was excellent, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday message they left for us. It was such a lovely personal touch that made the occasion even more special!
We would also like to thank the guy at the front desk (Norman? Forgot his name) for being so warm and welcoming during check-in. It’s rare to come across staff who greet you with such a genuine smile and make you feel welcome the moment you arrive, especially after a long journey. That first impression really makes a difference!
Another big plus is that this is a truly pet-friendly hotel. We really appreciated how understanding and helpful the staff were, especially when our dog had a little accident in the hotel lobby. Their kindness and patience made the situation much less stressful.
Breakfast was also superb, with a great variety of choices. The kitchen staff were friendly and accommodating, even when we requested a freshly made omelette instead of the options available at the buffet. It’s these little gestures that make guests feel valued and well taken care of.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and the hospitality of the staff made our stay even more memorable. A big thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and pet-friendly place to stay!

Muy bueno el restorán del hotel, con excelente atención. Ubicación en centro comercial con movimiento y variedad de restoranes. Instalaciones muy cómodas y agradables.

San Jose n'est pas l'endroit le plus sur du Costa Rica. Le Hyatt est dans une "plaza" ultra sécurisé. C'était le but recherché. C'est à l'Est alors que SJO est à l'Ouest mais il n'y a que 30' de trajet en voiture.
Pour le prix ($200) c'est une chambre moyenne dans un pays comme le Costa Rica. On surpaie la sécurité. Le petit déjeuner est OK mais il pourrait être bien mieux.
