Very bad breakfast
The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful.
Spacious room & clean. good hotel
No lift. I was placed at the top floor. The staff didnt bother to ask if i needed help even though i can handle my bags.
I was stated in the booking apps that breakfast served until 10am but it was not during my time. The staff said breakfast ends at 9am. Confusing.
The room was really spacious, comfortable and well furnished. The bathroom style was luxurious.
It was very luxurious compared to the price paid.
Although the room and bathroom were huge and well furnished, the amenities were missing, internet was not available most of the time, no iron/ iron board, the toiletries were very cheap and the towels were very rough and old. Moreover, you have to tell them to clean the room else it will not be cleaned and there were no “clean my room” cards that you put on the door so in our 2 nights 3 days stay the room was never cleaned.
And they strictly follow the checkout timings of 12pm, we were late by 20 minutes and the person at the reception reminded us of the checkout time although the hotel was almost empty.
The breakfast was made to order with limited options, and they would strictly follow the breakfast timings (8am to 9:30am).
There are no lifts in the hotel, our room was on the second floor so we had to ask for assistance to carry the luggage and the staff was very kind to help us with the luggage while checking in and checking out, for which we are utterly grateful.
Excellent Staff, and good facilities
Decent hotel stay, spacious room that came with the usuals - TV, shower towels and airconditioning. Nothing to wow about. There is a supermarket just next door which you can get your basic necessities at.
Hotel was just located a little further from town, but we figured it since we weren't commuting to town much. Unfortunately, the hotel does not come with a lift access, to you got to be ready to climb up the flight of stairs.
Clean, close to many attractions and friendly staff.
