Suite à notre plainte de la première chambre,nous avons eu une très belle chambre,pas de bruit ,plus grande ,confortable

Le déjeuner ,excellent,le frigo dans la chambre.

Cons:

La première chambre attribuée,pas de signal internet,le bruit de la rue,musique forte jusqu à très tard dans la nuit,pas de chaise longue à la piscine du roof top et deux chaises longues à la piscine du Rez de chaussé,interdit de consommé notre boisson partout dans l hôtel,le quartier.

Nice rooftop pool, spacious and clean comfortable rooms, great breakfast, so kind and friendly staff, central location. Good bar and restaurant.

Cons:

At night it is noisy, but it's not so bad after the midnight, so I slept like a baby anyway.

Pros:

Si visitan Knom Pehn, no duden en alojarse en este hotel!. La ubicación es buenísima, preciosa decoración, piscina con fenomenales vistas, variado y rico desayuno, pero lo mejor es su personal!....encantadores y súper amables!...volveremos sin duda!!!

Repetimos en este fantástico alojamiento al terminar nuestro viaje por Camboya, y nuevamente fuimos recibidos de una manera fantástica por el personal del hotel!....además, fuimos alojados en una habitación superior, que era maravillosa!!!....muchísimas gracias por sus atenciones!....repetiremos sin dudar nuestra estancia con ustedes!!

Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique et serviable a même fait des efforts pour dire les formules de politesse en français.
Hôtel très propre, très bien placé à quelques minutes en tuk tuk de Palais Royal. Dans un quartier animé.

Cons:

La photo de la piscine est vraiment trompeuse, la piscine est très petite.

Cons:

Unprofessional service from most of the hotel staff
You pay 40 dollar for small room with narrow corridor that you will hear all the noises and doors slamming next rooms!

Localização boa, tudo limpo.

Cons:

Escolhemos este hotel para chegada e para ida , è consegui ser diferente das duas vezes, desta vez não tivemos água quente no quarto , tomamos banho com água fria , deram nos um quarto no 1 andar , as 7 de manhã já tava de pé com barrulho do pequeno almoço. Pequeno almoço tem melhorar , o café de manhã é terrível, com máquina boa que tem no bar da piscina sem uso podiam trocar!

2 дня прошли прекрасно в этом отеле, если не считать шума караоке вечером :(
Pros:

Понравился отель в целом, спокойное и приятное место именно внутри гостиницы. Хорошая мягкая постель. Красивые большие окна и особенно в ванной шикарное окно. Чудесные девушки на ресепшен - милые и улыбчивые, готовые помочь при необходимости.

Cons:

Как и всем, судя по отзывам, жуткое совершенно звуковое сопровождение каждый вечер из кафе на улице, особенно караоке или живой звук с часто не очень приятными голосами :( обидно, что такое хорошее место так страдает от этих внешних факторов. Непонятно, почему нельзя объединится с заведениями соседями, которые также страдают от этого шума, и исключить в позднее время (после 21.00) шумные выступления.

На завтрак понравился только омлет, который приготовили при мне. Плюс фрукты. Остальные продукты не впечатлили. Но в целом и этим можно быть сытым. На мой взгляд есть проблема отсутствия чая на завтраке. Ну или в крайнем случае организованного кипятка и пакетиков с чаем.
