Fantastic location if you want to experience the cool bars and restaurants of Bassac Lane
Pros:

Ideal location next to Bassac Lane for our last night in Cambodia before flying out. Was expecting it to be noisy but it wasn't.

Cons:

A common issue in Cambodian hotels, but the wet floor bathroom, while it looked great, was really slippery because the floor was flat rather than slanted to allow the water to drain away. They acknowledged this was an issue they were looking into.

Welcoming hotel near popular Bassac lane restaurants.
Pros:

Excellent, welcoming and helpful staff. Soft comfortable mattress. Nice views. Nice rooftop bar.

Cons:

Not much soundproofing.

The hotel is a little older but still good.
Great location and very friendly staff - even got a lunch box for my way to the airport - very lovely.
Nice price.

Cons:

The rooms are good - the room on the first floor was loud in the morning because of the kitchen under it - I was able to change to the 3rd floor - here, no problems.

Best value for money in Phnom Penh
Pros:

Great value for money, super attentive and helpful staff, fluent in English. Abundant and varied breakfast buffet, two bars and two pools, one if them in the rooftop.
I booked an offer which included a free massage, that also exceded my expectations. I would totally recommend staying here.
