Nice, but improvements are needed.
Pros:

The room was clean and nice.
There was a small gym as well.

Great breakfast!

Cons:

I asked about public transport and the staff proposed to me only by taxi (twice the price as Grab) or ask the people at the airport. Not helpful.

No small lights close to the bed, so you cannot read.

The location is loud.

There is a 15min free massage, that was done in rush.

Unfortunately the hotel is in a noisy area, many bars with loud music until 11-12pm. If it doen't bother you the noise, the hotel is ok

Great location, simple rooms.
Pros:

Very well located near Bassac Street, making it a convenient choice for exploring the area. The staff are very kind and professional, the pool bar area is beautiful, and the breakfast is generous with a great open-kitchen concept.

Cons:

It can be noisy because of the location. The rooms are rather small with simple furnishings, but fine for a one-night stay.

Awesome location and such a pretty building....bed was super comfy.

Cons:

The shower head kept falling off the wall and nearly smacked us in the head multiple times and we had an unfortunate food poisoning episode when we hadn't left the hotel and only ate their food (no we didn't say anything as what proof did we have really???) And then we were hit with an extra charge as the new Cambodian shirt we bought left a red mark on the sheet...seriously! We have gone to a plethora of hotels worldwide and even had messy medical episodes leaving a bloody mess and never been charged for that before. Not happy! Food was bland and you couldnt get a drink around the rooftop pool until 4pm. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and we had the regrettable experience of listening to many sexual encounters when trying to sleep. Its a mixed bag I'm afraid. Not sure id stay there again.
