Guests arriving after 18:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests who make reservations after 18:00 for the same day, or on the Saturday or Sunday before the day of arrival, are kindly asked to call the hotel to confirm their arrival. For late arrivals, the room key will be deposited in a safe deposit box. Please note that the on-site restaurant Assaggio is open daily from 18:00 to 22:00. Lunch is offered from Tuesday to Friday. Please note that breakfast must be requested on site. Please note that the alternative address for some navigation devices is Pfäffikonerstrasse 85, 8835 Feusisberg.

Sehr edel und stilvoll.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr edel gestaltet und grosszügig. Die Betten sind robust und komfortabel, alles ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und man hat ein Gefühl von FistClass, definitiv. Das Frühstück bietet mehr, als man auf den ersten Blick vermuten könnte und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Cons:

Es war recht warm im Zimmer (Hitzesommer) und die Klimaanlage hat den grossen Raum nicht effizient genug kühlen können. Da vorne die Strasse verläuft, ist auch Lüften keine gute Option. Für den Hitzesommer kann das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür.

Kaffee-Kapseln auf dem Zimmer wurden berechnet, hierzu gab es keinen erkennbaren Hinweis, hatte ich in noch keinem Hotel

Cons:

Je n’ai pas vu de personnel de l’hôtel pendant mon séjour (mais honnêtement je n’en ai pas eu besoin).

Das geht gar nicht!!!
Pros:

Sehr schönes und grosses Zimmer: modern, gemütlich und trotz Strassennähe völlig ruhig (dank der dichten Fenster). Schönes Bad und gutes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen nach Wahl.
Das Hotel hätte 9-10 Punkte bekommen, wenn nicht die Geschichte mit der Anreise war

Cons:

Vom Hotel hatten wir ein Schreiben erhalten, dass man sich melden solle, wenn man nach 18:00 anreisen würde. Wir waren um 16:45 dort. Die Rezeption war geschlossen, aber die Tafel sagte, dass man mit dem 4-stelligen Code, den wir erhalten hätten, den Schlüssel aus der Box nehmen könnten. Wir durchsuchen das Extranet, den Spam Folder, die gelöschten Emails. Nirgends ein 4-stelliger Code! Wir versuchen also, das Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen. Die Festnetznummer klingelt ins Leere. Die Handynummer schaltet nach längerem Klingeln auf eine Standardnachricht (keine persönliche des Hotels) der Swisscom um (Der Teilnehmer ist momentan nicht erreichbar, bitte hinterlassen Sie eine Nachricht.) Das tun wir zweimal. Wir schicken dann eine WhattsApp Nachricht um 18:20, gemäss Anweisung auf der ominösen Tafel. Dort steht auch, uns wird sofort geholfen. Um 21:29 !!!!!! kommt eine Antwort "Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Wir werden uns schnellstmöglich bei Ihnen zurückmelden." Wir erhalten dann den Code. Keine Entschuldigung! Wir waren Gott sei Dank an einer Party und noch in der Gegend. Mein Mann fuhr also ins Hotel und holt den Schlüssel .... Wir haben schliesslich gut geschlafen und mussten nicht nachhause fahren, aber .... Fazit: Das geht gar nicht!
