Guests arriving after 18:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests who make reservations after 18:00 for the same day, or on the Saturday or Sunday before the day of arrival, are kindly asked to call the hotel to confirm their arrival. For late arrivals, the room key will be deposited in a safe deposit box. Please note that the on-site restaurant Assaggio is open daily from 18:00 to 22:00. Lunch is offered from Tuesday to Friday. Please note that breakfast must be requested on site. Please note that the alternative address for some navigation devices is Pfäffikonerstrasse 85, 8835 Feusisberg.

Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett bequem und das Frühstück okay.

Cons:

Im Zimmer wurde auf 24,5 Grad geheizt. Wir können so nicht schlafen. Ansprechpartner gibt es keine, nur über WhatsApp. Auf die Frage wie man die Heizung runter drehen kann kam die Antwort wir sollen die Klimaanlage einschalten und das Fenster öffnen und das in der heutigen Zeit wo alles darauf ausgelegt ist Energie zu sparen... Heizung lässt sich nicht selbstständig regeln und es gibt auch keine Nachtabsenkung.
Wir waren 4 Tage dort und haben NIE einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gesehen. Service gleich null und das zu einem Preis den ich in anderen Hotels im gleichen Ort mit besserer Serviceleistung bekomme. Wir werden das Hotel vermutlich nicht mehr buchen.

It was excellent.
Pros:

The room looks exactly like the photos and is clean and spacious. The restaurant staff during breakfast were very courteous and attentive to our needs.

Cons:

The toilet is spacious but could use some attention. The bottom part of the door is starting to rot, and the shower head needs descaling.
