For a winter stay a TV in the room would have been good

Everything I needed for a comfortable stay
Pros:

I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, with a kettle, fridge and microwave in my room, and a communal kitchen, a sitting room with TV, and a laundry room I could use.
The bed was comfy (very important).
Any queries were met with a speedy response.
My seventeen day stay was excellent value for money.

Nothing. All good.

Beautiful location perfect stay and good price 👌
Pros:

The Location is just perfect it's ideal that it's not right in the town but easy walking distance to the town - the room is just the perfect size for one man it has an un suite nice comfy bed kettle and a fridge, mirrors, big window that let's allot of light in 👍😀

perfect location for my trip but very tired and run down
Pros:

The location was perfect for the dig I was on. Also very close to the sea and the pier which was great. Very useful to have the fridge and the tea making facilities. Plus lots of hot water. Paul did get the key changed, got me a chair and some toilet paper on my second day. Thank you.

Cons:

curtains falling down, did not close. so very light as bed under the window. water boiler system very very noisy, right by the bed. came on any time someone used the water. shower screen door broken, no chair to put clothes on, very basic. no bedside lamp. no toilet paper. had to get key changed as did not lock on the inside.

Disappointing. We won't stay here again.
Pros:

The location was good, near to the Harbour and the Sands. The room was clean with quite modern furniture. There was a fridge in the room. There is a big kitchen you can use to prepare food, and a dining room where you can eat.

Cons:

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The hotel is quite run-down on the outside and the inside. There is no reception desk, and there is no permanent staff coverage. The caretaker was very helpful, but he wasn't always there, and then you had to contact him or the owner by WhatsApp. When we arrived there were no toilet rolls in our room. There was a kettle but it didn't work, we managed to get the caretaker to fix it on the second day. There were no chairs or sofa in our room, only the bed. We were on the first floor and the lift was out of order the whole time we were there. The caretaker didn't know the Wifi code, I had to get it off one of the other guests. In our room there were no fire evacuation instructions.

It's much better than camping and You can't beat the price
Pros:

Clean, cheap, parking in the back, good spot regarding beach and town. If you are spending more time outside and need just a place to sleep and shower, it's perfect. It's not 5 star luxury, but I wasn't aiming for that. I will be using it again.
