Such a warm, welcoming staff, from the young men working the desk to the woman helping serve breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, with very good water pressure. The water didn’t always get hot but was warm enuf to make for a good shower. The room was clean, quiet, and we slept great. The location in Fort Kochi could not be better. We would stay again.
Location is great, very close to everything. Rooms are comfortable although furniture is a bit dated and old, but still all good. AC was good and breakfast was lovely. Staff were nice, especially the lady at breakfast!

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Barath assisted us with everything we needed and was absolutely lovely and very friendly.
The hotel is close to the main activities in the town center, and the rooms are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked again for the end of our trip!

From the location, to the staff, to the rooms to the aesthetics everything was just perfect. Sometimes simplicity just is the best luxury.
Rooms aren't cleaned unless specifically requested and the lights on the ground floor passage do shine quite brightly through the glass panel over the door.

I truly enjoyed staying there, and as a solo traveller, I felt completely safe. The location is superb, in that it is close to everything you need.
The room was fantastic, clean, and quiet. I didn't have any issues with anything, and the staff were extremely respectable.
I wish I could have stayed in a slightly bigger room, given my room price was slightly higher. I also wished I had a bit more natural lighting in my room. But this didn't bother me much, in all fairness, as I was out for most of the time.
