Great place to stay when in Fort Kochi
Pros:

The staff are great. Alan at the front desk is particularly good - speaks English well, predicts what you might need and answers questions promptly. The lady who provides breakfast runs a great team and is Mom-like in wanting to feed you :-). The location is perfect to explore Fort Kochi and the rooms are very comfortable and everything works!

Nice staff but premises especially the bathrooms need to be updated.

Its location. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Bathroom is not updated and not as clean. No elevator so if you have issues with using stairs, it can be a problem.

Super stay in the heart of Ft Kochi
Pros:

Such a warm, welcoming staff, from the young men working the desk to the woman helping serve breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, with very good water pressure. The water didn’t always get hot but was warm enuf to make for a good shower. The room was clean, quiet, and we slept great. The location in Fort Kochi could not be better. We would stay again.

Location is great, very close to everything. Rooms are comfortable although furniture is a bit dated and old, but still all good. AC was good and breakfast was lovely. Staff were nice, especially the lady at breakfast!

Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Barath assisted us with everything we needed and was absolutely lovely and very friendly.

The hotel is close to the main activities in the town center, and the rooms are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked again for the end of our trip!
