I had an incredibly stressful experience at this property. I was in town for a critical professional interview at 7:00 AM and had explicitly requested a smooth, expedited check-in beforehand so I could get some essential rest. Instead, the hotel managed to fail at every single basic standard of hospitality.
🕒 The Check-In Ordeal (2:00 AM)
Absentee Staff: I arrived at approximately 2:00 AM to a cluttered, messy reception area. The night receptionist was fast asleep, and it literally took 10 minutes of shouting and knocking just to wake him up.
Incompetence & Privacy Violations: The staff member had no idea how to process the check-in and spent 30 minutes calling other people to figure it out. To make matters worse, he repeatedly and aggressively demanded a copy of my confidential interview letter, which has absolutely nothing to do with a hotel check-in procedure.
Zero Service: After a frustrating 30-minute delay, he finally threw the room keys at me. No direction, no assistance to the room, and not even a single complimentary bottle of water was provided after a long journey.
🛏️ Disastrous Room Conditions
The bed was as hard as a rock, making it impossible to get quality sleep before my interview.
The toilet seat was completely broken.
Amenities listed on Booking.com were a complete lie: there was no electric kettle, no tea bags, and no cups.
The toiletries were pathetic: just a single smelly towel, a tiny bar of soap, and absolutely no handwash or shampoo.
🍽️ False Advertising & Food Restrictions
Breakfast Refusal: The listing clearly stated "Breakfast Included," but the reception flatly refused to honor it in the morning. They wouldn't even provide tea or coffee against extra payment.
Self-Service Restrictions: With no in-house food options, I ordered via Swiggy. The hotel refused to let the delivery agent come up to the room, forcing me to go all the way down to the lobby to fetch my own food.

While booking in app they are showing including Breakfast, but after booking when I reached to hotel they refused(I have attached image). For outside food you have to go ~1 KM.
No cool water.
Just only Room, No food, you have to order.
I stayed 7 night, but in between they haven't clean my room any time.
If you want computer generated Invoice please don't stay here, while checkout they given me hand written invoice without GSTIN.
