Important information:

Please note that the entire valley is car free and cars have to be left in Pontresina. Guest can reach the hotel by bike or on foot, as well as on cross-country or touring skis in winter season.

On prior request, the hotel can also arrange a pick up by a horse carriage from the Pontresina train station. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

Also, a bus shuttle service from the Pontresina train station to the hotel is available on prior reservation at 10:30, 17:00 and 18:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

In mezzo alla natura, in mezzo al nulla, un’atmosfera fabiesca. Fantastico posto!

Cons:

Il posto è isolato per questo viene messe a disposizione una navetta gratuita per poter prendere gli ospiti alla stazione di Pontresina. Il problema è che, considerata la difficoltà nell’arrivare in hotel, gli orari a disposizione sono solamente 3 e molto distaccati fra di loro: 10.30/17.00/18.00. Quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare tanto prima di poter andare in hotel.

Einge verlockend schöne Lage, Ruhig nachdem die Tagestouristen weg waren idyllisch.

Cons:

Nicht stimmig.
Der Preis liesse ein komfortableres, grosszügigeres Hotel erwarten. Offenbar sind Hotelgäste nebensächlich, die Tagesgäste bringen offenbar den benötigten Umsatz.
Das Restaurant ist gut und teuer. Das Frühstück ist lieblos und ärmlich gehalten, ist in manche Jugenherberge schöner.

Wonderful chilled stay in a stunning location,
Pros:

The location was stunning, loads of lovely walks. Very chilled hotel, great for nature lovers and those wanting to get away from it all.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a bar or lounge to relax in before and after dinner

Konnte ich ja gar nicht erfahren …

Cons:

Wir konnten gar nicht zum Hotel kommen, da sie uns gar bichts davon gesagt haben, dass nan eine Kutschte buchen soll zun Hotel zu kommen. Diese fahrt aber das letzte Mal um 18:00 Uhr (laut Internet), wir sind um 19:00 Uhr abgekommen.. der Wanderweg rauf ginge etwas zu lang für und nach 3 1/2 Std Autofahrt.
Am Telefon waren sie auch nicht bessonders nett, da ich 3 Mal fragen musste mit wem ich spreche überhaupt und ich ob beim richtigen Hotel bin… auso mussten wir sehr kurzfristig irgedwie eine Lösung finden am Abend, wenn es ein Event wie The Ice stattfindet, ist es gar nicht so einfach ..

Pros:

Very scenic location! Peaceful and you feel as if you are transported somewhere else. It was a nice touch that they set and reserve your table for dinner. Staff was also very friendly and had good energy.

Schön mit fadem Nachgeschmack bzgl Zimmer

Super freundliches Personal, tolles Dessertbuffet und Essen

Cons:

Ich habe das Zimmer im Nebenhaus erhalten. Zwar alles sauber aber nicht so wie auf den Fotos (wohl nicht renoviert). Dafür gleichviel zu verlangen und nicht darauf hinzuweisen fibde ich unschön. Leider habe ich das erst nach Verlassen der Unterkunft bei der Durchsicht der Webseite gemerkt.

Ich komme wieder in Frühling.
Pros:

Ein zauberhaft gelegenes Hotel, schlicht und angenehm.
Wunderbare Ruhe, vor allem nachdem die Tagesgäste weg sind. Habe selten so gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Leider war die Leupe nicht präpariert.
Manchmal kann es laut sein, wenn die Restaurant Gäste das Hotel verlassen.
