We had a wonderful stay at Khmer Mansion Residence in Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The team’s attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming.

A special shout out to Phat and Vou, along with the reception team, who were incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their warmth and professionalism made a real difference.

The hotel itself is fantastic. It looks exactly like the photos, which is always reassuring when travelling. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the temples around Siem Reap.

If you are looking for a hotel with beautiful surroundings, thoughtful service, and a genuinely caring team, Khmer Mansion Residence is a brilliant choice. We would happily stay here again.

This hotel is an absolute gem. It's definitely 5 star in every way. The installations are excellent. The room is enormous and very comfortable. The bed is sooo comfortable, and the shower has plenty of hot water and is strong. We had a massive bathtub as well as the shower, but we didn't use it. Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety and very good quality. The pool area is beautiful surrounded by vegetation and flowers and it smelled so good. Everywhere smelled lovely in the hotel, from the foyer to the spa treatment rooms. The spa facilities were very luxurious and the masseuses very professional, friendly but discreet. But what makes this hotel is the staff. From the reception staff, maintenance and cleaning, restaurant staff and the spa staff, no one could have been more poilte or welcoming. I can't remember the name of the young bartender who prepared such lovely cocktails at the pool, but he deserves a special mention. He was so kind and friendly. Also an enormous thank you to Kimyean for organising my birthday surprise. The staff brought me a beautiful cake to the pool area and sang happy birthday. It made my day unforgettable. The hotel is very well situated. It may not be on the prettiest street but a 5 min tuk tuk ride gets you into the centre of town and it's a joy to return to this haven of peace and tranquility and to be received at the entrance with a glass of cold water and a cold towel. So many small details that made this hotel the best by far on on our trip to Cambodia and Vietnam.

Everything was just great. I liked the staff, their careful politeness and kindness. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool, the room... Nothing to complain about.
Some may find it a bit too far from the centre to walk but I enjoyed that walk - and if you don't want to walk, there's always still the tuk tuk option.

KMR exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Let's start with every time you return back to the hotel you're met with fresh jasmine-soaked cold towels to clean your hands and face from the day/night, given a glass of water for hydration. The staff are so present with you, and there for anything and everything you might need help with. The breakfasts are plentiful and perfect. Simple, tasty. We stayed in the Residence Suite - it was palatial. The bed was super comfy, as were the pillows. The water pressure is perfect. The hotel is a little way out from the main area, so the hotel provide one-way tuktuk rides. The way back in approx US$2-3 (from the main area). Honestly, everything was perfect. The photos don't do this hotel justice. It exceeded our expectations. We loved it.

Wonderful rooms, very comfortable and well designed. Big pool, the photos on the page don't give it justice. Very beautiful surroundings for the pool, the terrace above the bar is very nice.
Excellent service, that gives it all and makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. They can advice you on where to go and see, we got a good money exchange place thanks to them.
Good food, the prices are the same as in the city center or lower even. Wonderful cocktails, where they are not skimping on alcohol.
We will try to come back as soon as possible.

The breakfast was fabulous!

The hotel was nice, the room was spacious and reasonably clean. There was a lovely pool, bar, restaurant that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were other services but we didn't take advantage of them.

The food was good and there was a decent selection available for vegans. They also provided a breakfast box both at the early pick up for Angkor Wat, but also for our trip to the airport which was a nice touch.

The location is fine but it is at least 30min drive away from the temples and short drive away from the town itself. This did not affect us, but just to let others know.

Очень красивый и уютный отель, приятное обслуживание, весь персонал очень внимательный и улыбчивый. Встречали с напитком и закусками, холодное полотенце, всегда и во всем помогали.
Комната большая и прохладная, везде было украшено живыми цветами, полотенца благоухали, приятный запах лемонграсса в комнате. Кровать очень удобная и свежая постель, отлично высыпалась, было очень тихо. Красивый вид на бассейн с окна. Помогли с тук-туком для поездки в Ангкор Ват, забронировали место в театр Апсара, так же есть бесплатный тук-тук для поездки в центр города. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, все было вкусно.
Если еще раз приеду в Сием Реп, то обязательно остановлюсь в этом прекрасном отеле 🫶

A perfect stay, thoroughly enjoyable. We cannot overstate how lovely snd friendly the staff are. The dining room and terrace were so enjoyable for breakast. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable - perfect after a long day exploring. The hotel drivers were so helpful taking us on all our temple journeys over 4 days. Highly recommended

スタッフの接遇がとてもよく、たくさんの心配りが感じられ、居心地のよい滞在になりました。チェックイン・アウトもスムーズで、お出かけから帰ってくるとロビーで出迎えてくれ、冷たいおしぼりとお水をサーブしてくれました。朝食も夕食も美味しかったし、お部屋、館内、プールなど目につくところ全てに手入れが行き届いており、清潔でした。繁華街から少し離れているので昼夜問わず静かで落ち着いています。早朝のアンコールワット遺跡群や繁華街へのトゥクトゥクチャーターもスムーズに手配くださり、移動には困りませんでした。お部屋の広さや設備も充分でコスパかなり良しです。
