Welcoming & helpful staff, clean & comfy facility, but need to find a coconut drink somewhere else

A true gem. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel SO welcome.
Pros:

KMR exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Let's start with every time you return back to the hotel you're met with fresh jasmine-soaked cold towels to clean your hands and face from the day/night, given a glass of water for hydration. The staff are so present with you, and there for anything and everything you might need help with. The breakfasts are plentiful and perfect. Simple, tasty. We stayed in the Residence Suite - it was palatial. The bed was super comfy, as were the pillows. The water pressure is perfect. The hotel is a little way out from the main area, so the hotel provide one-way tuktuk rides. The way back in approx US$2-3 (from the main area). Honestly, everything was perfect. The photos don't do this hotel justice. It exceeded our expectations. We loved it.

Cons:

From a wuss who dislikes cold water, the pool was too cold for me to get into. But I was there in Jan and the temperature whilst hot wasn't humid or uncomfortable. I can imagine the cold water in the summer months would be so welcome!

Pros:

Wonderful rooms, very comfortable and well designed. Big pool, the photos on the page don't give it justice. Very beautiful surroundings for the pool, the terrace above the bar is very nice.
Excellent service, that gives it all and makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. They can advice you on where to go and see, we got a good money exchange place thanks to them.
Good food, the prices are the same as in the city center or lower even. Wonderful cocktails, where they are not skimping on alcohol.
We will try to come back as soon as possible.

Das Hotel leiert etwas abseits, man muss von der Innenstadt ca. 1 KM laufen, eher etwas mehr.

Pros:

The hotel was nice, the room was spacious and reasonably clean. There was a lovely pool, bar, restaurant that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were other services but we didn't take advantage of them.

The food was good and there was a decent selection available for vegans. They also provided a breakfast box both at the early pick up for Angkor Wat, but also for our trip to the airport which was a nice touch.

The location is fine but it is at least 30min drive away from the temples and short drive away from the town itself. This did not affect us, but just to let others know.

Cons:

In all honesty, the staff were lovely but actually a tad too over attentive. This was also the only hotel that checked our room on check out to confirm there were no additional charges, so keep this in mind if you need to leave on time for the airport.

Though the hotel is largely quite nicely done, the 4th floor looked forgotten and outdated at least in the corridor.

We did ask them regarding a driver to take us around the sites - firstly, they wanted every stop we would take on the route and secondly, the price for the car was far too excessive for what we expected. We arranged a car and driver ourselves and it was much more reasonable.

Pros:

Очень красивый и уютный отель, приятное обслуживание, весь персонал очень внимательный и улыбчивый. Встречали с напитком и закусками, холодное полотенце, всегда и во всем помогали.
Комната большая и прохладная, везде было украшено живыми цветами, полотенца благоухали, приятный запах лемонграсса в комнате. Кровать очень удобная и свежая постель, отлично высыпалась, было очень тихо. Красивый вид на бассейн с окна. Помогли с тук-туком для поездки в Ангкор Ват, забронировали место в театр Апсара, так же есть бесплатный тук-тук для поездки в центр города. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, все было вкусно.
Если еще раз приеду в Сием Реп, то обязательно остановлюсь в этом прекрасном отеле 🫶

A perfect stay, thoroughly enjoyable. We cannot overstate how lovely snd friendly the staff are. The dining room and terrace were so enjoyable for breakast. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable - perfect after a long day exploring. The hotel drivers were so helpful taking us on all our temple journeys over 4 days. Highly recommended

スタッフの接遇がとてもよく、たくさんの心配りが感じられ、居心地のよい滞在になりました。チェックイン・アウトもスムーズで、お出かけから帰ってくるとロビーで出迎えてくれ、冷たいおしぼりとお水をサーブしてくれました。朝食も夕食も美味しかったし、お部屋、館内、プールなど目につくところ全てに手入れが行き届いており、清潔でした。繁華街から少し離れているので昼夜問わず静かで落ち着いています。早朝のアンコールワット遺跡群や繁華街へのトゥクトゥクチャーターもスムーズに手配くださり、移動には困りませんでした。お部屋の広さや設備も充分でコスパかなり良しです。

Cons:

お部屋でWifiが少しつながりにくかったです。

Great hotel with excellent hospitality
Pros:

Very friendly staffs. Breakfast is good and fresh omelette and noodle are big plus for us. Pool can be busy but normally less busier in the morning. staffs are very attentive to help and free tuktuk to pubstreet and night market. Room size is generous but the lighting could be a bit warmer.

Cons:

One male front desk staff was a bit too determined when asking us to leave a GOOD review on Tripadvisor. We were going to leave good reviews probably not on Tripadvisor, but just the way he insisted us sitting down in the lobby to do it and he could take a photo to confirm. We obviously felt pressured but did it anyway. Another issue was the poor soundproofing.

Pros:

We loved every minute at the Khmer Mansion Residence. The staff welcomed us every time with big smiles and cold drinks with fresh cool towels. The breakfast was so good and plenty of choices. Amazing lattes! The dining staff was always attentive and even knew us by name. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back to stay here!
