Everything! The staff, the spacious room, the spa tub, the pool. Lovely oasis.

Grosses zimmer, ruhige lage aber trotzdem viele (local) restaurants in der Nähe, gute Lage zu Ankor Wat

The room was large, comfortable with excellent facilities.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Very clean and quiet with a lovely pool.
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here.

Although a little way out of town it’s only a 10 min tuk tuk ride (6000 riel) and it was peaceful.
I can’t imagine how you would sleep in a city centre location!

I stayed at the Palmery for 6 nights as a solo female traveler. The hotel is clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was absolutely the best. Everyone was so kind but the owner Mey really went over and beyond to help me out. I left a sentimental necklace in my room. She arranged to send it to my next destination where her friend had a hotel. I have never experienced customer service on this level and when I tried to offer to pay her for the shipping, she refused. I still cannot wrap my head around this kind of generosity and caring.

The room was great and spacious. Pool area was good and private.

Everything, from the cozy room to the warm welcome of the staff. They cuddled us and helped us in everything (from renting scooter to the airport transfer)

We couldn’t recommend this place enough! The rooms were just as in the pictures, very big, comfortable and clean.
But the best part was indeed the staff of the hotel, specially the owner. She was extremely kind, helped us with everything, laundry, renting a motorbike, etc..
She allowed us to use the installations after our check out, even gave us access to a room to get change before departing, offered us coffee and explained useful info about transportation.
Loved staying in The Palmery and would 100% would come back.
Location is not in the city center but very close, which gives a plus of tranquility and it is worth it.

Further out, but a short tuk tuk away from anything, and closer to Angkor Park, and more peaceful. Lovely comfortable and modern property. However the staff set it apart, from helping set up tours and transfers well in advance, to contacting before arrival, even to the extent of checking we had found the airport transfer, the care and assistance was excellent.

I liked the homely atmosphere and the employees.

Cleanliness, privacy, interior design, swimming pool, personnel. It's our new favorite in Siem Reap since the closure of the previous one. It's a great hotel and a great value for the money you pay. It's extremely clean, the rooms are really nice, the interior design is lovely, the swimming pool is very pleasant. It's a pretty small boutique hotel, so you get that privacy feeling. Very friendly French owners, lovely reception staff. The location must not concern anyone, it takes from 5 to 10 minutes by tuk tuk or bike from the city center maximum and it's very quiet around, should not be a problem in any situation. Highly recommended, we'll be back many more times. Merci!
