Hotel confortable, comida sin mucha variacion
Pros:

El tamaño de las habitaciones

Cons:

Lo repetido que resulto el menú, las comidas son básicamente las mismas todos los días los restaurantes a la carta son de no buena calidad.

Great place for relaxing in luxury
Pros:

Th property is huge and is comprised of several resorts. The room we were upgraded to was massive and more like a luxury apartment. The food and n the members restaurant was great as was the teppanyaki restaurant. We stayed only three days so did not have a chance to try the others but the food in the buffet was also quite good

Cons:

It was our first time at an all inclusive and while there were some fun activities like the sugarcane workshop and the margarita class there were not many activities so we were a little bored. But to be fair I’m not a fan of sitting around so if a beach / poolside vacation is your thing then this will be great. It was a bit more luxury than I needed and it cost quite a bit.

Cumple con todo.
Pros:

Me gusto el servicio y la buena onda del personal, siempre dando solución. Todo limpio y genial. Calidad de tragos excelente.

Cons:

La profundidad de la pileta, 1.4m es como mucho para niños, si hay otras pile para niños, pero la principal me hubiera gustado disfrutar con mi nene.

sehr schöne große Anlage zum entspannen
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Suite sehr komfortabel. Die Auswahl der Speisen und Getränke war gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Der Strand war auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Räume waren teilweise extrem gekühlt. Vor dem Balkon war teilweise ein Aggregat, das öfters stundenlang an war, sehr störend und laut.
Das Seegras am Strand war hätte öfters beseitigt werden können.

Mi familia disfrutó mucho. El personal muy amable, las habitaciones muy cómodas, la comida buena…no tenemos ninguna queja sobre nuestra estadía. Sin dudas regresaremos pronto.

Dentro de todo super, el hotel era más pequeño de lo que pensamos lo cual es bueno, no es tan masivo pero igual tiene suficientes eventos y actividades. La comida excepcional, al igual que sus piscinas. El traslado a la playa era lo que más temiamos pero no fue tan complicado, era súper eficiente y express el traslado.

Cons:

Las habitaciones pese a ser increíbles, espaciosas, modernas, y super cómodas. Tenía mala aislación de sonido, no sé escuchaba tanto la musica o eventos en la piscina, pero si escuchábamos a nuestras habitaciones vecinas, cómo si estuviesen dentro de nuestra habitación. Los gritos, las conversaciones, cuando movían sillas o muebles. Todo se escuchaba muy claro y fuerte, era un inconveniente a la hora de dormir.
