Ubytování velmi dobré, personál milý a ochotný. Děkuji za příjemný pobyt.
Pros:

Hotel má okna s výhledem na velmi hezké náměstí. Zároveň je zde i večer víceméně klid a žádné rušení při spánku. Pokoje jsou čisté a více než dostatečně velké. Snídaně je bohatá a velmi dobrá, personál je ochotný splnit případná přání. Parkování pro hotelové hosty hned u vchodu je velkou výhodou.

Cons:

Nevím, na co bych si stěžoval.

Wur haben uns in den 3 Tagen sehr wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral am Markt, nicht weit vom Schloss, Museum und Bismarkturm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Fruehstueck reichlich und lecker. Es gab ein dazugehöriges Restaurant mit ebenfalls gutem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Für eine Nacht ok, nichts für längere Aufenthalte.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage am Marktplatz. Bushaltestelle 50 Meter entfernt, Hotelparkplatz vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist bestenfalls mäßig. Die Einzelzimmer sind winzig und tatsächlich nur zum Schlafen geeignet.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht, ich werde dort nicht mehr buchen.

Der Empfang (nach 8 Stunden Autofahrt mit voller Blase und Kopfweh vor Erhalt des Zimmerschlüssels erstmal aufwendig zahlen und viele Fragen/ Entscheidungen anstatt beim Auschecken), Handtücher schmutzig extra am Boden deponiert, diese wurden einfach wieder aufgehängt, billigste Lebensmittel zum Frühstück für 12,00 € Aufpreis, Parkplatz Aufpreis 6,00 € pro Tag für einen ansonsten für Kinobesucher oder Stadtbummler kostenfreien Parkplatz mit 7/24 geöffneten Schranken, ab 16.15 Uhr war das Hotel nur noch über den Nachteingang betretbar und Kaffee gab es auch keinen mehr, keine überdachte Raucherecke, einziger Lichtblick die freundliche Frühstücksservicekraft.

Tolle Lage, super Personal , kann man empfehlen !
Pros:

Ausgesprochen freundliche und engagiertes Personal ( hat sogar wegen Konzertkarten sich bemüht ), die Frühstückseier: ein heiterer Beginn des Tages ! Weietso !

Ein Schild in Augenhöhe am Haupteingang !!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber.
Das Restaurant ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Terrasse der Zimmer zum Parkplatz war jetzt nicht mehr so schön.

Bike trip
Pros:

Comfy bed, nice size room, bathroom was spacious. The breakfast costs extra and was ok but I don’t think I would do that again. Very helpful staff-they assisted with our bags and getting our bikes stored away in a secure location. The hotel is kind of in a shopping center which was a bit strange but it worked. The town square is right outside and there is a lovely Italian restaurant right there:)
