Quite a nice place to spend a holiday. I would have happily stayed longer than the 2 nights we booked. The restaurant was exceptionally good quality.

Restful overnight stay with beauty in the morning
Pros:

We loved the warm welcome by Leeu at Reception. Although there was an error by The Ruins in booking our rooms and them requiring another payment,this was quickly rectified by Leeu’s contacting management and refunding our money.
We loved the location-beautiful wildlife and birds on the banks of Selati river. Saw kudu, bosbok, duiker and impala and off course monkeys.

Cons:

After the hiccup with booking in, we were a bit rattled as to what to expect,but it was a lovely overnight stay with an adequate breakfast in the restaurant with friendly staff.
