Dobra nastanitev za kratek obisk Stuttgarta

Majhen, družinski hotel, zelo prijazno osebje, odličen zajtrk. Parkiraš lahko v okolici hotela, v bližini je garažna hiša.

Little Gem in Stuttgart

We loved our Hostess Anita who is a darling. The hotel is conveniently located in a charming suburb of Stuttgart 10 minutes drive from the Mercedes museum. The room on the second floor #5 is brand new. There is a brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom, brand new everything. The breakfast is catered for absolutely all tastes and there is an abundance of everything. Anita makes fresh and delicious coffee. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. There is paid parking 50 meters from the hotel. We paid €15 for an overnight covered parking.

Cons:

All is great. If you have heavy luggage ask for a lower floor room as there is no elevator.

Heel gezellig ingericht hotel.
Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en van uitstekende kwaliteit.

Cons:

Er is geen airco in de kamers, en het was heel warm tijdens ons verblijf. Gelukkig kunnen alle ramen open .

Pros:

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen und wir würden dort wieder buchen. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und einladend, die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr bemüht und gaben einem das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein.

Das Zimmer war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet , alles sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Mit dem Bett waren wir sehr zufrieden, der Sanitärbereich mit Dusche ausreichend aber für uns (Rentner) etwas eng. Das Frühstück am war ausgesprochen reichlich und vielfältig .

Besonders gut gefiel uns auch die Lage in der Nähe des Kurparks. In diesem haben wir uns vorwiegend aufgehalten und schöne Spaziergänge gemacht.

Bei Ankunft im Hotel bekam ich ein Zimmer , das ca.35 grad Temperatur hatte , keine Klima , bei fast 40 grad draußen, das Zimmer voll verglast und den ganzen Tag die Sonne drauf .
Ich reklamierte bei der Besitzerin , und fragte nach einem anderen Zimmer, traf aber auf eine unfreundliche und kompromisslose Dame . Ich musste das Zimmer sogar bezahlen, da nicht stornierbar. In diesem Fall hätte ich eine Ausnahme und ein wenig Entgegenkommen erwartet. Da ich Vielreisende bin, ist für mich dieses Hotel inakzeptabel für die Zukunft. Zusätzlich parken sehr schwierig, nur Strassenparkplätze , oder Parkhaus Klinik . Mit der Arroganz, mit der ich im Hotel behandelt worden bin, werde ich sicher dort nicht mehr buchen. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert !
