staff from the kitchen is not kind, they did treats us differently from other customers. just because after my husband asked for a little milk for the coffee because he dont drink coffe with sugar but with a little bit milk, but they said they dont have milk and actually they have but they just dont want tell us. after that i see they have a milk because the woman staff just took it out to give the customer who want to buy from their cafe. while us having free breakfast from the hotel, my husband ask if he can have a little bit milk to his coffee but she said cannot and she said with a tone that make people hear it annoyed. then after a bit time she said we have to pay just for a little bit milk not even half a cup of coffee. thats not nice and not professional! if they have, they should tell us in first time my husband ask and we can buy it. but they just show that they dont want to serve us. after that, next day they ignored us, they dont greeting us, even when we coming they just go inside. my advice is that hotel should replace them with a better and friendlier person, this is really bad experience. of course makes us not want to stay at this hotel again. even though the facilities, cleanliness and staff from the hotel are very good. but the staff from the kitchen really bad attitude!

Wish there were more breakfast options available. The restaurant itself is quite nice. During breakfast, there were some guests who were quite loud and taking photos nonstop, which slightly affected the atmosphere—certainly not the hotel’s problem.
One minor downside, again not related to the hotel itself, was the trash on the street outside. It caused an unpleasant smell and wasn’t a nice view when sitting in the lobby.
