Disappointing.
Cons:

The airconditioning was not working properly. The toilet was next to the shower and there was no door, curtain or cover at the shower. So, when taking a shower, the toilet was totally wet. It took a very long time before there was any warm water at the shower. Very small beds; even the "Kingsize" bed was small. There was no closet and no (small) refrigerator in the room. Poor location: there were no shops, no supermarket, no mall and no restaurants within walking distance.

Nice rooms

Cons:

Bad breakfast, western food was restricted to toast (and the toaster didn’t work) and some sweet jam. Lots of noise around the rooms for hours on end.

Overall, the hotel was well designed and unique. A good place for nice photo shoot.

Cons:

I checked into the hotel past mid-night due to flight delay and one of the worst nightmare is to find that there isn't hot water for shower.
