Cons:

Cách làm việc của nhân viên cực kỳ tệ. Mình tới check in muộn khoảng 21 giờ và nhận được lời nói là chờ. Chờ cũng khoảng kha khá thời gian chứ không nhanh thì nhận được câu hết phòng. Ủa là sao? Trong khi mình đặt trước rồi và giờ gia đình mình trong lúc 21 giờ hơn vào ngày thứ bảy thì đi đâu tìm phòng. Mình làm căng lại thì bên khách sạn nói sẽ liên hệ với khách sạn khác kiếm phòng cho mình và khách sạn đó sẽ tương đương như bên đây. Kết quả lúc đầu kiếm được khách sạn cũng khá tương đương bên đây thì đòi mình check out lúc 8 giờ sáng. Mình không chịu thì họ kiếm lại cho mình khách sạn khác tệ hơn khách sạn họ. Mình không đồng ý và rời đi. Họ chỉ đứng đó nhìn và không có động thái gì có vẻ là áy náy hay xin lỗi. Và rồi họ thao tác trên booking nói rằng tại mình không tới nhận phòng. Quá tệ. Chưa bao giờ mình có trải nghiệm tệ đến vậy. Trong khi họ đã xác nhận phòng + nhắn tin xác nhận phòng mà họ lại vậy. May là gia đình mình đều là người lớn chứ nếu có em bé đi cùng thì sao nữa!

Pros:

Let’s start with the good:
The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly, the maintenance staff were also very responsive. The beds are big and they were comfortable. Location is convenient and right in downtown Quang Ngai. The hotel is clean but it is run down.

The not great:
Cockroach in bathroom on towels - gross. We appreciate the staff quickly and bravely took care of the situation.
Air conditioner unit in our room was dripping water all night. We couldn’t figure out what the dripping noise was at first…until we saw the puddle on our floor in the morning.
Fire Alarm going off at 4 in the morning. We weren’t evacuated but we did smell a lot of cigarette smoke so we suspect that’s what had set it off.
Bath/Shower situation makes no sense if you’re tall. It’s a low shower head and water sprays everywhere no matter how much you try to keep it inside. After we showered we had to use the towel to wipe down the floor otherwise it’s a slipping hazard.

The hotel is not smoke free and the smell permeates everywhere.
