Negatieve ervaring, ijskoude kamer

De kamer was ruim en proper

Cons:

Ik kwam aan op een koude dag om 19 uur, ik had twee uur van tevoren gebeld en de eigenaar bericht gelaten van het uur van aankomst. De kamer was ijskoud. Het duurde 2 uur vooraleer de temperatuur op een aanvaardbaar niveau kwam.
Een ontbijt bestellen bleek niet mogelijk (hoewel dat volgens de site enkel ter plekke te boeken is).
De wifi werkte niet. Volgens de uitbater wegens technische problemen.
Dit hotel staat te koop en je krijgt de indruk dat er niet echt meer naar de klant wordt omgekeken.
Er werd druk gezet om de kamer bij aankomst al te betalen. Niet doen, dus !

Ruhige Lage in ländlicher Umgebung. Tolles, sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Wir mussten aufgrund einer Fahrzeugpanne kurzfristig eine Nacht hier verbringen. Diese Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen! Allem voran ist hier das wahnsinnig freundliche und überaus hilfsbereite Personal zu erwähnen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde nichts unversucht gelassen, unseren ungeplanten Aufenthalt mehr als angenehm zu gestalten!
Das Zimmer war großzügig und modern ausgestattet mit einer fantastischen Doppelbadewanne und einer Regenwalddusche. Auf der kleinen Terrasse konnten wir abends die Ruhe genießen und Fledermäuse beobachten!
Sollten wir einmal wieder in der Gegend sein, buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Chambre spacieuse, mais manque de service.
Pros:

Chambre grande, double baignoire, douche à l italienne.

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuner, pas de bouilloire ni machine à café, peu de chaînes tv, pas de WiFi fonctionnel. Petit manque d organisation.

La chambre était très confortable, très propre. L'acceuil était parfait. Il faisait calme et l'ambiance sereine.

Cons:

La seule chose serait sur le petit déjeuner qui serait encore meilleur avec des produits du terroir. Mais il s'agit vraiment d'un détail.
