V tomto malom mestečku s počtom obyvateľov okolo 30 tisíc sa nachádza hotel síce 3 hviezdičkový ale vybavené špičkovo na úrovni 5 hviezdičkového hotela. Právom nesie tento hotel symbol Smile hotel, lebo personál je usmievavý, ochotný, izby sú vybavené všetkým čo klient potrebuje, samozrejmosťou bol aj obuvák, minibar plný dobrôt, reštaurácia s chutným jedlom a milou obsluhou,. Veľmi rozumná pomôcka je hnedý uterák na odstránenie make up- u, a týmto klient sa vyhne tomu, aby nadmieru zašpinil biely uterák. Bola som veľmi milo prekvapená že existuje takýto hotel s cenovou úrovňou vynikajúcou, ktorá splňuje požiadavky na vysoký štandard. Parkovanie je priamo pred hotelom alebo vo dvore. Osobne tento hotel viem len odporúčať a určite pokiaľ budem potrebovať na svojej ceste niekde prenocovať ,tak si opätovne zvolím tento vynikajúci hotel.
Nebolo nič k čomu by som mala výhrady, jednoducho tento skvelý hotel splňuje nároky aj náročných klientov.

there is no complimentary slippers no coffee or tea no refillable water and no disposable toothbrush one bulb is not working. i think you should add that for a little extra experience for your guests in the future.
Kiváló szálláshely! Személyzet barátságos, ha volt vár milyen kérdésünk mindenre készséggel válaszoltak vagy ha segítséget kértünk akkor is kézségesen segítettek. A reggeli bőséges a vacsora pedig nem is lehet volna jobb.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent – fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again.
Szuper volt a wellness részleg, kedvesek a szálloda alkalmazottai, mindenhol tisztaság van, kényelmesek az ágyak, a reggeli is nagyon finom volt.
