Nic room and pool, although the water wasn’t 100% clear. Good breakfast, father was up at 06.00 to give us a few bananas before we went for the safari and we had a late breakfast after the safari.

This accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was clean and very relaxing in the afternoon after the morning safari.
The location is walking distance to restaurants.

We had a really great stay at this homestay. The host is very friendly and offers a lot of services. You can also book Safari with him. The location is great, cause it’s close to the restaurants but still not too close to the main road. So you can relax in the beautiful pool and enjoy quite the jungle sounds. The rooms are tidy and clean. I can recommend this place to everybody.

Very nice and friendly host. We were met with tea and bananas - it's so important after a long way. This place in Udalawawe has fair price because when we were trying to book a room in other places for the prices we saw on the site, later it came obvious that the prices are actual only if you also book safari in this or that exact place. In Olivi palace you see the real price, if you don't need safari, it's okay. It was perfectly clean. The design of the room is sweat and nice. The place is very close to Elephant transit home.

The guest house was the perfect location for the elephant orphanage and safari. It was also a beautiful location in its own right, with a lovely room and dining area. We felt so well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you!

Good location close to Udawalawe National Park and the staff was extremely welcoming :) Big thanks to Roshan for going above and beyond throughout our stay. They offered reasonable prices for accommodation and also organised a safari tour which turned out to be amazing 🙂

One of the best stays we had in Sri Lanka. We booked it completely exhausted when we were 5 minutes away from the place, and when we arrived, there was no one, but in about 30s Marjan arrived on his motorbike telling us that he lives 5min away and came straight when he saw a new booking. He instantly made us feel welcome and made us welcome fresh drinks. Since they also had a jeep, they offered us a morning Safari for a great price, which was absolutely stunning. When we came back, we received another complimentary fresh juice! Marjan was absolutely wonderful. We asked for lunch and he went above and beyond and cooked us multiple wonderul meals we couldn't even finish. The place was very clean, and truly a great experience!

However! When looking for the place, look for signs, as google maps doesn't actually have the street that its on in its maps. The signs showed us the way - google maps was wrong.

Great places and they organised I great safari

Very nice and helpful staff. Delicious dinner in the garden was beyond ours expectations - totally worth its price and highly recommended. Clean and comfortable room.

Olivi Palace exceeded all my expectations, providing a truly memorable stay in Sri Lanka. Host' warm hospitality and homemade meals made our stay truly special. The cozy rooms and enchanting atmosphere added to the overall experience. I highly recommend Olivi Palace to anyone seeking an authentic Sri Lankan experience. Would definitely come back
