Netter Aufenthalt aber Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut nicht

Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, super freundliches Personal, bequemes Bett, Sauberkeit

Cons:

Keine Klima-Anlage (wird nicht angepriesen, aber ist Standard in jedem 70€ Hotel), Hochzeitsfeier direkt vor dem Balkon (ziemlich laut, lüften unmöglich), hier und da kleine Macken und Flecken an wänden und Boden, Area am Pool ziemlich lieblos „eingerichtet“ und überall standen Gläser rum die über den gesamten Nachmittag nicht weggeräumt wurden

Location great, hotel was adequate
Pros:

Location and views plus ease of hiking from the hotel to interesting hill tops and the Achalm tower.
The infinity pool was good and seats / sunbeds and sunshades in the field with great views were charming and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor.
Rooms on back of hotel have no view

Very disappointing, never again I’m sorry to say.

A key to get in the room would have been great. Instead we had to go up to reception to ask a member of staff to follow us down to our room to let us in. That I’m afraid is very poor by any standard. We were told on arrival that it should be sorted out within a couple of hours but it was the same for the entirety of our stay. No offer of a complimentary drink for the inconvenience , nothing.!!!!
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, so we had to go downstairs to get a drink and then to reception to ask to be let in our rooms, it was just not good enough.

Mit mehr Gasfreundschaft ein schönes Hotel
Pros:

Tolle Lage und insgesamt ein schöner Bau, der trotz der Grösse gut ins Landschaftsbild passt. Unkomplizierte Handhabung der grosszügig dimensionierten Tiefgarage. Ein Highlight ist auch der schöne Pool.
Freundliche Mitarbeitende, welche ihre Rolle als herzliche Gastgeber leben, haben wir nur beim Frühstück erlebt.

Cons:

Nüchtern und kühl haben wir den Empfang an der Rezeption erlebt. Vergleichbar mit dem Kauf an einem Ticket-Schalter…..schade, kommen wir als Gäste doch gut gelaunt mit froher Erwartung, auf eine schöne Zeit.
Die Betten mit plastikartigen Schutzbezügen unter dem Bettbezug sind unbequem.
Der Mitarbeiter der am Abreisetag bereits um 09:30 Uhr im Zimmer stand, passt irgendwie in das Gesamtbild der gelebten Gastfreundschaft.
