Bon emplacement, chambres confortables

Cons:

Notre réservation n'était pas enregistrée par l'hôtel malgré la confirmation reçue par mail après réservation via Booking, ce qui a particulièrement compliqué le chek-in.

Great stayover in Hell Ville
Pros:

A very reasonable price and fantastic value for money, especially for short stays between trips. Very affordable and tasty lunch and dinner options. Pleasantly cool pool - which is not a common thing in Nosy Be. The staff don't speak much English but were nonetheless super helpful and tried their best to communicate. A large supermarkt and ATM are 20 minute walk away (only in daylight!). Wifi worked well!

Cons:

The place is in the outskirts of Hell Ville so make sure you take a tuk-tuk at dark. The room had everything but was perhaps a bit cramped. Floors and walls were painted in dark colours and the room appeared small alhought it wasn't.

Nourriture décevante avec des produits surgelés.
Le nombre de lits par bungalow affiché sur booking ne correspond pas à la réalité sur place, nous avons donc demandé à modifier notre réservation pour réduire le nombre de bungalow. Nous avons appris à la fin de notre séjour que nous devions payer un supplément par lit ce qui n'a pas été annoncé lors de la modification de notre réservation. Bref les prix affichés ne correspondent pas à ce que nous avons payé.
Toutefois, le personnel est gentil et accueillant.

Pros:

Die Lage und der Preis sind eher positiv zu bewerten.

Cons:

Ameisen im Bett und recht stickige, modrige Raumatmosphäre.
Über Booking.com gab es nur die Option zwei Zimmer zu bestellen, da wir 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern sind. Vor Ort gab es dann die Option 1 Bungalow mit 3 Betten zu nehmen, was wir taten. Offenbar sind mehrere der Bungalows entsprechend ausgestattet. Leider mussten wir dennoch den Preis für 2 Bungalows bezahlen. Auf Nachfrage, dem uns preislich entgegenzukommen (ich hatte ewartet, dass mit nur einem Zimmer, der Preis etwas fallen würde), reagierte die Hausleizung recht harsch bis unfreundlich.
Man kann für den günstigen Preis nicht allzuviel erwarten aber zumindest ein Mindestmaß an Freundlichkeit! Ich persönlich würde dieses Hotel nicht erneut aufsuchen.

Séjour formidable.
Pros:

Les bungalows sont au calme de la route, dans un cocon forestier. La piscine est très agréable et apaisante. Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute des clients.

Cons:

Le changement systématique du petit savon, c'est très bien d'avoir toujours un neuf à disposition mais même si nous n'avons pas fini l'ancien, il est remplacé par un neuf. À notre avis cela crée du déchet inutilement.
