Too many non-functioning aspects at this hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location, free parking in the courtyard.

Cons:

Unfriendly, indifferent desk staff. Elevator broke, requiring carrying luggage up three stories. Bathroom is impossibly small, with many obstructions, making using the bathroom much like squeezing into a miniature obstacle course. Small beds that slid around on the floor, and worst of all, the air conditioner did not work and the room was an unacceptable 25°C.
