Balcony view
Need more neat and clean rooms
The location was a bit too remote. Breakfast was good, although we paid separately. There were other properties which were not so remotely located, with equal comfort better view and with breakfast included.
The entrance to the property was horrible. The steps leading to the reception and then to the room were extremely high and steep. Most unfriendly for senior citizens. There was no view of the valley or mountains from our room.
Good location and friendly staff.
Nothing much. Food was 👍 and rooms were clean.
Staff is very good and fresh food.
Worst location
Staff
Staff was cooperative and followed instructions.
Layout was very bad and extremely uncomfortable for my elderly parents who had to climb up and down almost 50 steps every time. The layout is below the road level. Bedsheets were dirty and the room was also dirty with lot of insects. No manager, all young inexperienced boys. Poor hygiene eg. cheap quality tissue papers, unclean cutlery, small room soaps, no tooth paste & brush etc.
Cleanliness and amenities in room were below average.
The electricity went off at 9pm and didn't came. They didn't had backup for electricity..very pathetic service

Only the food.. Which was home like
A pathetic stay at a place which is rated as a super luxury resort. It is worse than a homestay. Rooms are pathetic - with no design for guests comfort - dirty with no amenities. Geyser was not working when we chked in - we were told you can use the washroom of another room 😳😳😳😳 Thankfully after some trial nd error - the geyser was fixed. Buffet is laid out at the reception - breakfast not served before 9 am or later.. Choice of only 2 / 3 items.
But we hv paid almost 10K for a night which should b hardly 2k cinsidering the amenities.
It is also supposedly a new hotel - tho the furniture did not seem like it. No TV in the room.
Booking.com should look into the ratings before putting it up.
We curtailed our visit from 3 nights to 2 nights just to escape from the property.
Everything was good like location, rooms and staff was welcoming. But there were no television inside the rooms and there were lot of power cuts with very little backup.
However, the price is too high for the said property. I find the property a little expensive.
Nothing...Highly priced with poor service
The staff at the reception was like a roadside hooligan!!
He was soo disrespectful!!
Powercut was very frequent.
Worst thing was I was with 7 yrs old child and 75 yrs old parents and the Reception guy was soo arrogant that he refused to provide us with Hot water for bathing when the power went off.
Worst experience I ever had in my life and to top it off the Hotel rates are too high compared to the service they are providing.
The housekeeping staff were still better than the one at reception (i doubt he would be the manager the way he was carrying himself)
