Cons:

O hotel parou o tempo. Instalações ruins, falta de cuidado com os hospedes. Cafe da manhã até as 8h45 num sábado, para fazer um evento de cafe da manhã com o Papai Noel, para público externo e que atrapalhou o descanso dos hospedes. Única coisa que não parou no tempo foi a tarifa, pois a hospedagem cobra valor de bons hotéis de São Paulo e oferece pouco mais que um BnB de beira de estrada. Como há apenas um outro hotel como concorrência, esse acaba por ser 50% das opções da cidade e o hospede se submete caso queira visitar Veranópolis.
