Cons:

Accommodation is really tiny. When you sit on the toilet, you have to keep your legs at an angle because the sink is right next to it. Definitely not recommended for tall people. The terrace is extremely small and, of course, shared with neighbors—we barely managed to fit there with just the two of us. For a room meant for 4 people, that’s pretty bad. At least the accommodation was clean. But it’s certainly not a hotel, rather camping cabins. The cabin is split in half, so if you have noisy neighbors, sleepless nights are ahead of you.

They claim to have a private beach, which is only half true—you need to pay €25 per day. Breakfast was average: fine if you like sweet pre-packaged products, but there were no fresh vegetables and only a small amount of fruit. The only savory option was eggs, which were very dry. Breakfast definitely doesn’t convince you to want to have lunch or dinner there.

Service in the restaurant and at breakfast was pleasant, but the owner/manager wasn’t particularly friendly. The beach staff was extremely unpleasant. It felt like we were bothering them just by being tourists and speaking English. It wasn’t terrible, but overall it was a very average experience, and we definitely wouldn’t return.

Nice location just at the seaside, you cross the street and you're at the beach immediately. You can rent sunbeds at the beach bar. Breakfast was nice. They have a free car park 50 meters ahead. Staff were friendly and helpful. Contrary to some reviews, room had a fan & air condition.

Cons:

Our room was a bit small, but still ok. We had dinner for one night but the house wine was awful. Daily rate was over 160€, which we found too much. Consider that the sunbeds are extra.

5 Tage herrliche Auszeit bei Sonne, Strand und Meer
Pros:

Vom ersten Moment habe ich mich wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen (mein Häuschen) in super Lage direkt am Meer. Ich habe ein paar Tage Erholung gebraucht und konnte richtig genießen!
Die Inhaber, das Personal, alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück reichlich, Abendessen sehr lecker. Senigallia ist über die Strandpromenade in etwa 20 Minuten zu erreichen, falls man ohne Auto da ist. Der nächste Lidl mit dem geliehenen Fahrrad (5 Euro pro Tag) in 10 Minuten gut zu erreichen.
Strandbar exklusiv und einladend. Die Liegestühle bequem, der Strand sauber.

Cons:

Ich komme bestimmt wieder und bringe einen Fön mit, der hat gefehlt, bei meinen Haaren aber kein Problem;-)

Kann ich Empfehlen mit Hund
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Wir sind mit 2 Hunden angereist und wurden herzlich Empfangen..Der Strand ist nur über die Straße.Wir konnten ohne Probleme 1 Tag früher anreisen.Die Anlage ist sauber. Frühstück wie in Italien üblich.Ich kann es mit Hunden sehr empfehlen..

Cons:

Für den Preis finde ich, darf man sich nicht beschweren..Man könnte zum Frühstück Tomaten anbieten und Milch( für das angebotene Müsli)

Pros:

Il villaggio è molto carino, è proprio un piacere alloggiare in una delle casette.
Attraversando la strada si arriva al balneare, è tutto molto comodo.
E' distante dal centro ma per noi è stato ottimo così, era quello che cercavamo.
