Pros:

Der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Die kostenfreien Liegen vor Ort. Einfach perfekt für eine kurze Auszeit mit Nichtstun. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Die Bahngleise verhindert das man mit Fenster offen schlafen kann. Es gibt aber Klimaanlage. Das ist aber jammern auf hohen Niveau.

Relax a due passi dal divertimento
Pros:

Struttura a conduzione familiare ,che realmente ti fa sentire in famiglia, colazione ottima , supporto ad ogni problema riscontrato sempre attento e tempestivo,camerieri super gentili, insomma sono stati 10 giorni di puro relax e spensieratezza…. Sicuramente torneremo , grazie !!!! E come dice Vasco “Evviva!!!”

Pros:

1) Sea view from the balcony
2) Clean, cleaning is offered daily
3) Very close to the beach
4) Good dinner
5) Lots of restaurants nearby
6) No dog fee, dog friendly

Cons:

1) We were not informed upfront about city tax.
2) Sunbeds on the beach - due to miscommunication with the owner, there was an unpleasant situation. He told us “you go, we pay”. In the end we found out that we still have to pay for them. Good we went only once and it was only 15 eur. But what if we would go every day for a week like that and get a bill of 100+ eur out of nowhere? This should be clearly communicated somewhere.
3) There were tons of kids running around all the time. Especially annoying it was after 22:00, when you wanna sleep. The hotel was not regulating this at all. They stopped making noice closer to 1 am at night.
4) Breakfast was average - standard hotel breakfast

Location, hospitality and very nice people. We will stay again
Pros:

We loved this family run hotel. Parking and position seaside are excellent, rooms and beds very clean and comfortable. We slept so peacefully even with our balcony doors open. The owners and staff are so helpful and friendly. This is a great base that we will come to again
