Location was amazing! The room with the view was definitely worth the swiss pricing standards.

Cons:

There was no restaurant at the premises. They informed us in advance but we didn't know that the entire village offered no restaurants. We had to go to Interlaken if we needed anything, and the train service was every 1 hour. Took a lot of planning. It would have been better to have at least 1 place to eat in the vicinity.

It was Alright for a quick stay but the Price is a little to high
Pros:

The Personal is funny and the View is beautiful

Cons:

The Hygiene is not the best, the shower had something stuck in the Hole and then the old water comes up

Cons:

Chambre au -1 par rapport à la réception qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée. Pourtant, nous avions réservé une chambre prenium. Passage de train fréquent entre l’hôtel et le lac. La hauteur sous plafond est de 2m00, attention pour les claustrophobes.

Die Location ist traumhaft, die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Frühstück war super organisiert und sehr lecker. Alles war mit viel Liebe vorbereitet.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an Renata von der Rezeption 🌸
So einen herzlichen Menschen trifft man selten. Ich bin sehr spät aus Deutschland angekommen – erst gegen halb 12 nachts – und sie hat trotzdem auf mich gewartet. Das hat mich wirklich berührt.

Während meines Aufenthalts war sie immer hilfsbereit, freundlich und mit ganzem Herzen dabei. Sogar nachdem ich von der Sonne verbrannt war, wurde mir sofort geholfen.

Egal was ich gebraucht habe – der Service war einfach top.

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt, werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder zurück.

Muy buena atención en un hotel sencillo con excelente ubicación y vistas.

Cierta dificultad para llegar desde la estación con equipaje.
