Increible estancia frente al lago
Pros:

Las vistas desde la habitación es lo más increíble que tiene el hotel, merece la pena cada euro gastado. La ubicación es perfecta ya que no estás en Interlaken centro pero muy cerca y con parking para clientes gratuito, cosa que facilita el movimiento.

Cons:

La única pega que le pondría es la falta de aire acondicionado en la habitación. En verano la verdad que es necesario (entiendo que en el resto de épocas no) y haría la experiencia mucho más acogedora.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Less than 10 mins from Interlaken and the most spectacular views. Very clean room (recently renovated I think). Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good (freshly baked crusty breads and croissants every morning).
No lifts, but stairs easy to navigate with medium suitcases.
No air con, but opening windows overnight worked well, and this is the same in many Swiss hotels.
By Swiss standards price was good
No local restaurants but we found a few places delivered via Uber Eats.
Will happily come again. A great place from where to explore Bernese Oberland area.

Excellent and will do it again if we visit Interlaken
Pros:

The view is unbeatable. Good and clean rooms. Staff are fantastic. Very accommodating and flexible. Highly recommended. The only minor issue is to time your travel to Interlaken Ost as the trains run roughly every hour.

المكان الوحيد خلال مسار الرحلة كاملة الي حلفت اني ارجع له مرة ثانية تعامل لطيف و جميل و امن وهاديء و الاطلالة ابهرتني على النهر و الجبل وقريب من سنتر انترلاكن 5 دقايق تقريباً + فطورهم حلووو 😍 .

Nice room and amazing lake view
Pros:

We chose this hotel because dogs were allowed. The receptionnist was really nice. She recommended us a nice little beach 5 minutes by walk from the hotel. We were able to swim in the Brienz lake after a day of hiking. Unfortunately the beach didn't allow dogs. Then we ordered pizza in Interlaken and we ate them on the balcony of the room with the lake view it was so nice. The breakfast was complete and you can also see the lake from the breakfast room.

Cons:

People in the room next to us were talking really loud until after midnight on their balcony and since the hotel doesn't have AC we had to open the windows. It was impossible to sleep because of them until 1am. Then at 7am the construction work started right under our room... So it was not really the ideal quiet night by the lake but of course it's not the hotel's fault.

das zimmer klein und viel zu heiss da es keine jalosien gab...das badezimmer winzig 180x180 keine ablage kein zahnputzglas keine haken um irgendwas auf zu hängen..fleckiger boden, tisch und sonst nicht ganz sauber....wir wollten drei nächte bleiben..haben das hotel nach der ersten nacht verlassen...für 280 franken die nacht zu teuer für das was geboten wird..nach der reklamation wurde uns eine suite angeboten die noch mal 135 franken pro nacht gekostet hätte allso 415 franken aber auch so heiss weil es da auch keine jalosien gab.....die dame an der reception war sehr nett....und hat das ganze auch bedauert...ausser spesen nix gewesen....

My booking has deluxe room but then asking me to pay more for top (2nd & 3rd floor rooms) though room were not booked and given me unsatisfying facilities. Along with it there was daily construction going on outside window. Receptionist is a bit classist. She does not allow indians to cook their food in kitchen(though common kitchen area is provided without any restrictions).

مكان لايستحق ان يكون سكن اقسم بالله حشرات وبيوت العنكبوت بكل مكان هذا غير ريحة الغرفه حجزت ليلتين ولما جيت الصبح بلغي الليله الثانيه رفض وكان الحل منهم انه يرش مبيد حشرات لما وريتهم الصور ورفض كيف ترش مبيد وانا بالغرفه !!؟ اقسم بالله حرام فيه مبلغ دفعته 2600 و 200 تقريباً ترقية
