Perfect view and comfortable stay!
Pros:

The view from the room was absolutely incredible- didn’t feel real! The room itself was fab and very clean, shower was powerful and beds were super comfy. The receptionist who checked us in was lovely and gave us free train passes into Interlaken and discount off Harder Kulm excursion as a perk with our Swiss half fare card. Niederried Station was a 2/3 minute walk from the hotel and Interlaken was a 6 minute train from here- so convenient. Amazing value for money!

Heel mooie zicht op het meer.
de trein om naar Interlaken was heel kort bij 2 min wandelen
Genoeg parking voor u auto

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet zo uitgebreid heel sober ontbijt niet om 1 week te verblijven

المكان جداً رهيب وقريب من محطة القطار وايضاً الموظفة رينيتا ججججداً راقية ومحترمة كانت من أفضل الاماكن اللي جلسنا فيها صراحة

Die Unterkunft ist absolut das aller letzte!
Pros:

+ super Aussicht vom Balkon
+ freundliches Personal

Cons:

- im Frühstücksbereich wird außerhalb der Essenszeit geraucht (Das Personal hat dort selber geraucht!)
- extrem hellhörig
- völlig veraltete/runtergekommene Zimmer / Ausstattung
- nicht genug Parkplätze, wenn ausgebucht
- nur ein Handtuch pro Person
- sehr kleine Zimmer ohne die Möglichkeit seine Sachen normal auszupacken
- im Schrank befindet sich ein Bügeleisen, aber kein Bügelbrett
- Kaffee/Tee im Zimmer veraltet
- Bettwäsche dreckig
- Zimmer allgemein nicht wirklich sauber
- Personal spricht sehr schlecht deutsch/englisch
(Kommunikation etwas schwierig)
- Haupteingang bleibt nachts offen, obwohl die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, somit kann jeder ins Gebäude
- „Renovierung“ des Zimmer ist absolut unterirdisch ( Badezimmer Tür schließt nicht, Balkontür defekt und mit Vorschieberegler „repariert“ , etc.)
-Fernseher ging nicht

Everything was spot on
Pros:

Great View, Great Staff, Great rooms, its just the best!

Cons:

One thing that could be improved is for the check out to be at 12pm rather than 10am, A minor grievance i understand however them 2 hours extra sleep are the recipe for a great day
