the view of the room was great. the room was cozy and really comfortable. i believe it could be a little more clean under the bed but the overall was good.the staff was nice but did not speak really good english.

under the bed was not really clean. if we did not have a car the location was not that good, as it was like 10 min far from interlaken.

Resepsiyon görevlisinden ihtiyacımız olan bazı özel şeyler istediğimde çok ilgilendi.

Otelin ciddi bir renevasyona ihtiyacı var.Şimdiye kadar gittiğimiz bütün otellerde havlularımız beyaz olurdu Burada ise kötü kokan yeşil havlular verildi.Üstelik kafa havlusu olarak el havlusu verildi.Kahvaltı zayıftı.Odalar arası ses izalosyonu oldukça kötü idi.Tavsiye etmem.

Manzara güzel ama bu fiyat için değmez.
Pros:

Manzarası güzeldi, Konum olarak tren istasyonuna çok yakın.

Cons:

Oda yeterince temiz değildi. Bina eski olduğu için böcekler mevcuttu. Banyo duş almak için pek iyi sayılmaz. Gereğinden fazla pahalı.

Das Zimmer entspricht überhaupt nicht den Bildern und der Beschreibung, die bei Booking.com bei meiner Buchung angegeben waren. Der tatsächliche Zustand und die Ausstattung des Zimmers waren deutlich schlechter als erwartet. Für mich ist das nicht akzeptabel, da ich aufgrund der veröffentlichten Bilder und Beschreibung genau dieses Zimmer gebucht habe.

Besonders enttäuschend war auch der Umgang der Rezeption mit meiner Reklamation. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten völlig desinteressiert und haben mir lediglich gesagt, ich solle mich selbst an Booking.com wenden, wenn ich eine Rückerstattung oder eine Lösung möchte. Vom Hotel selbst wurde keine wirkliche Lösung oder Unterstützung angeboten.

Insgesamt bin ich von meinem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. So einen schlechten Umgang mit einer berechtigten Reklamation habe ich bisher bei einem Hotel in der Schweiz selten erlebt. Ich würde dieses Hotel aufgrund meiner Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Uitzicht en vriendelijke receptie/ zorg voor de gasten
