WARNING: Unauthorized credit card charges and illegal filming

STAY AWAY! This hotel is a nightmare for your privacy and your wallet. After we checked out, they took it upon themselves to charge our credit card without permission for a breakfast we never even had. Instead of fixing their mistake, the owner doubled down.
The most disturbing part: In their response to my bank, they openly admitted to using hidden cameras in the breakfast room to spy on guests' consumption. Not only is this a creepy invasion of privacy, but it’s also illegal under Belgian law as there were no signs or warnings about being filmed.
Using security cameras - which should be for safety - just to "prove" someone had a coffee is completely disproportionate and shady.
The respective authorities have been informed. They have no signed receipts, just illegal footage of God knows who. Save yourself such stress: book somewhere else where they don’t help themselves from your account or film you without your knowledge.

Lekker en volledige ontbijt, zelfs werd er een extra ontbijt toegevoegd voor de zoon die er in de ochtend bijkwam

Die Speisekarte zum Abendessen war klein, aber schön, dass es die Möglichkeit zum Essen gab.
