ان شاءالله تكون اول واخر اقامه في هالفندق الغرف ضيقه وريحتها مرره معفنه والفرش والسرر واللحافات وسخه وصلبه والمخدات فيها

Great location but needs better service and elevators
Pros:

Excellent location very close to the Haram, which made it very convenient especially for elderly guests. The room was very clean and comfortable, and overall the stay was relaxing. One of the best options in terms of location.

Cons:

The elevators were very crowded and slow, which caused significant delays. Check-in was delayed by around 3 hours without proper waiting arrangements. Staff performance was inconsistent, and some services (like coffee) were overpriced compared to what is offered for free in other areas. Breakfast was acceptable but not outstanding.

فندق جميل ومريح وقريب من الحرم
Pros:

تعامل الاستقبال وخاصة الاخ فيصل تعامل ممتاز ومحترم

Cons:

تكلفة الافطار الاستقبال حدد لي سعر وعند دخول المطعم اعطوني سعر مختلف جدا ولما ذكرت له ان الاستقبال قال سعر اقل خصم لي شوي ولكن لم يكن مثل سعر موظف الاستقبال ،، تصرف فيه استغلال للاسف من مسؤؤل المطعم

حلو وخيار مناسب لميرانيه متوسطة
