حقيقه كل ما في الفندق جميل بداية من طاقم الاستقبال محترمين جدا وكذلك طاقم النظافه متعاونين جدا وكذلك طاقم المطبخ جدا جدا متعاونين ومحترمين ونظافة الفندق جدا ممتازه وقريب من الحرم النبوي الشريف أمتار فقط تبعدك عن البوابه 305 وتدخل إلى الحرام مقابل الهبة الخضراء لصاحبها أفضل الصلاة وأتم التسليم

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an excellent experience.

From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was very polite and welcoming. He had already upgraded my room to a Haram view before I even asked, which was a very kind and generous gesture. The view of the Haram was exceptional and made the stay even more special.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the facilities I needed. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day to a high standard.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is only a 1–2 minute walk to the Haram, making it extremely convenient, especially for the daily prayers. It also provides easy access to Rawdah (Riyad ul-Jannah). I’m not sure about the distance to the ladies’ prayer area, so I can’t comment on that.

The staff were always polite, friendly, and helpful. They also kindly extended my check-out time so I could perform the Dhuhr prayer before leaving, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

جميع الموظفين ممتازين ورائعين وفطور لذيذ متنوع كل شي ممتاز قبال الحرم مباشرة من جهة الدفاع المدني قريب من كل شي وجود محلات وبقالات ومطاعم اسفل الفندق وخلفه بس لازم توقف سيارتك في مواقف الحرم

We had a wonderful 6-night stay mysk hotel Everything was excellent, from the comfortable rooms to the overall hospitality
A special thanks to Ansar, who works in the restaurant He has outstanding marketing and communication skills and his welcoming attitude made us feel at home from the very first day His service was exceptional and he always served us with a smile and great professionalism.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options and the overall food quality throughout our stay was excellent.

We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.We will definitely come back again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

Location of the Hotel in easy access to gate 305 of Rodha Mubarak, staff been excellent and very friendly specially at restaurant Mr Ansar Khalil, Abdullah, Walayat as well other staff they always ready to welcome and assist through meal time. Other staff were great but not remember individual name. Highly recommended place to stay at holy Madinah.
