Pros:

The view! The customer service!!! The staff i forgot the name of the 2 boys who were looking after our 404 during our stay but the management should recognise them. They were so caring and helpful!!!

Insya Allah we book the Haram view room again if we are in Madinah.
Pros:

Very close to the Northern gates of Nabawi mosque. Close to Rawda entrance. The breakfast spread was good too. We had a room with the Haram View. Beautiful. The concierge team especially is very helpful and all smiles. They introduced all the features of the room, the location of the hotel and ever ready to help with the luggage and transport. Kudos to the Team.

Cons:

Hotel location is not updated correctly on Uber map. We had to walk a distance away from the hotel for dropoff.

Amazing and unforgettable
Pros:

The location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly pleasant, helpful, and welcoming.

Unfortunately, our arrival was delayed due to flight disruptions, and we arrived only a few hours before the scheduled checkout time. However, a senior staff member named Siba went above and beyond to handle the situation with great professionalism and wisdom. She made us feel comfortable, cared for, and completely satisfied despite the circumstances.

Siba is exceptionally professional, attentive, and capable of handling every customer with patience, kindness, and good judgment. Her dedication and caring attitude truly stood out.

I highly recommend recognizing and investing in someone like Siba, as she is a real asset to the team. Thank you for making our experience so positive!

Memorable and Blessed Stay.
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the view of Al Haram and the Prophet's Gunbad-e-Khizra is exceptional from the Hotel Room.

Cons:

There is nothing that you don't like in Madina. Everything is "Beautiful and Blessed in Madina" :)
