Overall Excellent experience. I will definitely stay on my next trip

Its location is excellent for elderly and ladies. On the mouth of Haram gates.

Cons:

I paid 520 SR per day but break fast was not included. I requested the receptionist but she didn’t accept my request

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, it is very close to Al Haram, which makes it extremely convenient, especially for prayers and daily visits. The breakfast was good, with a reasonable variety, although it could still be improved in terms of selection and overall quality. I would like to thank Harith, the bellman, who was very kind, helpful, and professional. His attitude truly stood out and made a positive difference during our stay.

Cons:

the room size was quite disappointing. It was very small and not suitable for three people, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the closet was not in good condition, it was partially broken and not deep enough to properly hang clothes, which added to the inconvenience.

Pros:

The hotel is modern. Smells good. Breakfast excellent. Very confortable.

Cons:

Difficulty to communicate in english with the boy at the reception.
Actually We called bell boy to bring our luggage down but no one came. We had to go down to re request for bell boy but the receptionist was not understanding us.

It was very close to mosque of prophet Mohammad S.
Pros:

All staffs were very friendly and professional. House keeping, porter , restaurant manager, chef and waiter were awesome . Most staffs were Bangladeshi and very helpful. Wants to go back in future.

Cons:

During check in front desk staff said I booked for 2 adults but I showed him from my booking.com app that the booking was 2 adults and two child’s. Then front desk staff fixed and update on their system.
