Location
Issues with hot water, staff didn't respond when asked about safe deposit vault lock problem
The staff was very polite and helpful. The food was excellent.
The rooms can be made sound proof as we could hear the music played in the neighbour.
The facilities and also the banquet buffet options. The rooms are spacious.
the security staff are most polite and helpful in assisting with the parking related matters. Same goes for the valet services - Vijay who did a great job.
The live dosa counter and egg counter chefs did very good service and cooked well.
The housekeeping and cleaning staff were good. The use of glass bottles for water is a good practice.
The property is well situated and endowed which is what is being milked by the owners.
Frankly the experience was ordinary and quite pedestrian as compared to the expectations we had based on a friend's recommendation and some online reviews.
The overall good feeling was not there and seriously the management needs to pull up their socks on service and quality. What makes me say so?
The waiting or serving staff are not responsive or taking the trouble to attend to the needs well. 1) Simple things like water is not served or refilled and it requires us to demand this. 2) The staff in general seem to be more interested in leaving after the shift or in the cricket match on TV than on waiting on tables. One may try to argue that since it's a buffet. But still you need to attend to the basics like cutlery, napkins, water, clearing plates.
3) No courtesy of bringing some refill or beverages for the seated guests who are already having the food.
Now some major complaints - attitude and behaviour of front office staff and others too - on check-in (no OTT or channels for English speaking guests). We complained but never got a solution in the 48 hours we were there. On check-out, despite asking for the bills to be kept ready and someone to help take the luggage down, we were made to wait for about 30-40 minutes. Someone actually came to do checking. To check what???!!! No items in the mini bar!!!!!!!!
Guests are treated as potential 'thieves' or 'rogues' who go around breaking stuff. If you are so hell bent on taking inventory of appliances and linen and towels, why not offer the guests to first sign in on the items received in impeccable condition first???!!
The state of the toilets and restrooms is deplorable. Never stayed in a three star or four star property which had urinals overflowing or urine on the floor. Or a toilet with the toilet roll tissue in the pot. And the next day there was absolutely no toilet paper in the toilet (the gents toilet next to the gaming room).

Very expensive, and not good value for money
Location is excellent. Loved the food quality and service.
Bed matters is too soft and not comfortable.
Some of the food items are very expensive. i.e.room tea.
From the moment I arrived at Fern Jambughoda Bhanu Resort, I knew I had found something special. It truly felt like stepping into a hidden gem, a place where the world fades away and tranquility takes over. The feeling of being "in the middle of nowhere" was exactly what I craved, and this resort delivered it perfectly.
What truly made my stay exceptional was the impeccable staff. Every single member I encountered was not only incredibly well-trained but also genuinely humble and attentive. Their warmth and professionalism made every interaction a pleasure, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience throughout my visit.
And then there were the views! My room boasted an amazing view and a great balcony, which quickly became my favorite spot. Sipping my morning coffee while gazing out at the breathtaking landscape, surrounded by the quiet hum of nature, was pure bliss. It was the kind of vista that truly rejuvenates the soul and provides a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
