Pros:

Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel était très propre, confortable et bien organisé. Le personnel était très professionnel, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider. Les chambres étaient calmes et bien équipées, et le service était au top. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Cons:

Le seul point à améliorer serait l’absence d’un buffet ouvert pour le petit-déjeuner ou les repas.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and kind especially the reception. Also the cleaning ladies were nice they did more than there job. Also the location is very beautiful the view of the sea at breakfast is breathtaking.

Une belle étape à Al Hoceima
Pros:

Hotel bien situé sur les hauteurs de la corniche avec une vue exceptionnelle. Personnel charmant et accueillant. Chambre spacieuse. Propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner excellent et copieux.
Grand parking gratuit au pied de l'hôtel.

Het personeel en het uitzicht.

Cons:

Het ontbijt. Je kunt beter buiten het hotel ontbijten naar keuze. Hier hadden ze n beperkte keuze uit n vast menu (misschien hebben ze tijdens het hoogseizoen n buffet). Het ontbijt voldeed niet aan wat Marokko te bieden heeft.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie die zich om zijn gasten bekommert.
Parking voor de ingang alsook restaurant op een paar meters

Zwak en traag wifi signaal
Het interieur van de badkamer mag al wel eens gerenoveerd worden.
Luidruchtige Spanjaarden zowel in de eetzaal als in de lobby. Zeer luid door elkaar praten en luidspreker gebruiken in de lobby van het hotel. Hierdoor zou eigenlijk maar een score 6/10 genoemd kunnen worden.
