Pros:

The location of the hotel is superb—just a short walking distance to Gate 8 of the Prophet’s Mosque in Al‑Masjid an‑Nabawi. You do not need to take a car at all, which makes it very convenient for visitors.

Cons:

However, the behavior of some of the staff members was quite disappointing. One staff member even insulted me when I wanted to eat at the restaurant. He insisted that I go back to my room and eat there, despite me explaining that doing so would make the room inconvenient for resting afterward. Such treatment was very unpleasant and unprofessional.
