Pros:

Hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage. Kurzer Weg ins Zentrum.

Cons:

Ich konnte zwar meinen E-Bike Akku über eine Kabeltrommel draußen laden. Leider wurde der Stecker in der Nacht zu früh abgezogen, so dass mein E-Bike leider nicht voll geladen war.

Solide Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral, man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und den Bahnhof rasch. Mit hat die Matraze sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück bietet alles Notwendige (Eier, Marmeladen, Aufschnitt, Müslisorten, Joghurte, Milch, Kaffee, Tee, Säfte, Wasser und verschiedene Brotsorten).

Cons:

Die Vorhänge sind recht dünn.

Wir hatten ein Dach über dem Kopf. Personal freundlich. Rest war Katastrophe. Nie wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war richtig gut: Brötchen, auf Wunsch wachsweich gekochte Eier, sehr gute Marmelade, ein erschlagendes Angebot an Schinken, Wurst und Käse, Kuchen, Joghurt, alles sehr appetitlich und gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Türklinke kaputt, als wir kamen - 16h30 - war das Zimmer aufgeheizt von der Sonne obwohl es Rollläden hatte, die man als Sonnenschutz schließen gekonnt hätte. Auch nachts sank die Temperatur nicht unter 28°. Vor dem Haus, für uns bis ungefähr 2h nachts hörbar, palaverten Menschen miteinander die vor dem Haus ihren Treff hatten. Das Haus war in den 50er Jahren das erste Haus am Platz. Inzwischen ist fast alles reparaturbedürftig und etwas "schräg". Dafür ist der Preis entschieden zu hoch. Da das Hotel mit maximal 2 Personen besetzt war außer der Putzfrau keine Empfehlung wert.

Obwohl im Centrum von Zweibrücken gelegen ist es auch für Radler eine Top-Adresse

Pros:

Es war ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang, für mein Moped wurde extra ein privater und gesicherter Stellplatz frei gemacht.

Cons:

Leider ging das Zimmer zur Straße (und zur Sonne) raus, daher war es ziemlich laut am Abend.

Perhaos sightly old-fashioned but lovely.
Cons:

Parking in Zweibrücken if you arrive after 7pm is not easy. The town's only multistorey closes at 7pm.
