the location is excellent. I was even able to see the northern lights from the hotel parking lot, which was a wonderful surprise. The room and bathroom were spacious, the breakfast was also very good and generous, and the rooms had good soundproofing, so it was nice and quiet at night.
About a month before my stay, I had an unexpected situation and contacted the hotel to ask if it would be possible to cancel my reservation with a refund. Unfortunately, this was not possible, so I had to reorganize my trip. I do appreciate that the hotel was willing to help by allowing me to change the reservation dates.
That said, I feel that perhaps there could have been a little more flexibility in this situation. Since I gave a month’s notice, I believe there was a reasonable amount of time to potentially rebook the room, especially in a destination with such high tourist demand. I understand that there are policies in place, but I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility given the circumstances.
Location away from Reine crowds but close enough to get there easily.
Our room was not cleaned very well (dirty coffee cups upon arrival, floor not vacuumed, no closet space for a 4 day stay).

Abundant free parking . Close to hiking trails. And two grocery stores. Exceptional breakfast with caviers and smoked salmon . Gluten free selections, scrambled eggs , bacon , beans , yogurts for protein . So many extras in addition . The best beds and linen of the entire trip .

Elegant property with a delicious buffet breakfast and organic shampoos and conditioners. Great location with an onsite bar and restaurant. Room was comfortable lots of windows to view outside lake and mountains.
The hotel was very elegant but expensive but that is typical of the area.
