Pros:

Eu faço comparativo, já me hospedei em local melhor, então considero bom, o estacionamento e pequeno mas é coberto e seguro.

Cons:

Não tem uma coisa em destaque que eu não tenha gostado, é que pra receber um 10 precisa ser impecável, instalações novas com coisas novas, etc.
