Do ar condicionado, colchões, travesseiro.

Localização muito boa. Funcionários todos educados. Um dos funcionários se destaca com muita educação Matheus. Sem dúvidas voltarei.

Cons:

Cama de casal do nosso quarto foi montada com dois colchão de solteiro, oque fez o casal dormir cada um pra um lado.

Limpeza impecável, estão de parabéns o pessoal da limpeza.

O estacionamento não estava funcionando,e não havia informação de quando voltaria a funcionar, disseram que estava pintando e ponto. Não tem flexibilidade de checkout, chegamos às 18:00 horas e pedimos pra saí um pouco depois do checkout,mas eles queriam cobrar meia diária.lembrando que na lei Portaria nº 28/2025 do Ministério do Turismo, que regulamenta a Lei Geral do Turismo (Lei 11.771/2008), não é cumprida, sabendo que o hotel tem direito de usar 3 horas pra limpeza,e para entrada de outro hóspede,o que não era o caso,pq eles queriam cobrar pra ficarmos a mais, é pq não ia entrar ninguém. Então não são flexíveis.e o Atendente Gabriel também não é receptivo e nem comunicativo.me senti como se esteve me fazendo um favor ao me hospedar nesse hotel.Ja o atendente Luan é excepcional.prestativo educado, comunicativo.
