Cons:

Well where do i start. When we arrived we went to pay but they said the money has already been taken from my account. NOT happy. I ALWAYS choose hotels that have free cancellation and pay at the hotel. Now i have to pay a transaction fee. I had the cash to pay but now couldn’t The staff didnt care either. There was no help either. All they wanted was for us to book a tour through them and get laundry through them as well. It seemed all about the money NOT the customer. Also when it rained, water leaked down the light near the bathroom,we weren’t game to turn that light on. We didnt want to get zapped. The whole. 4 nights was a total disappointment. I could go on but don’t want to write a novel. We certainly wont be staying here ever again.
