El servicio que nos prestó César en la zona de piscina y jacuzzi fue excepcional, el mejor empleado que tiene el hotel.

Cons:

La termperatura del jacuzzi muy mal. Deben arreglar eso, el lugar es freso y es una zona muy elegida por los huéspedes para quitarnos el frío. No es la primera vez que estamos ahí y ese jacuzzi no tiene la temperatura adecuada.

Pros:

Very beautiful and quiet location. Hidden paradise surrounded by Tepoztlan mountains. The territory is huge like a big botanic garden. Breakfast was good and overall we liked the restaurant. Staff is very attentive. Spa is great with a wide selection of treatments.
