Immaculate and beautiful resort.
Pros:

Beautiful resort and setting in the mountains. Very comfortable room, with outdoor patio overlooking the mountains. Clean pool. Immaculate grounds.

Cons:

Walk to the city centre is about 30 minutes and mostly cobble stone streets lined by walls. Not very inspiring.

Loved it here - maybe hope to return!!
Pros:

The breakfast brunch with the saxophonist was great, an incredibly nice experience, such fun! The gardens and surroundings are stunning, pool area gorgeous!

Food in the evening, maybe the menu could have been changed occasionally.

Amazing location. Fabulous restaurant and staff. Picturesque.
Pros:

Delicious breakfast included. Location was breathtaking. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Grounds were well maintained and beautiful.

Cons:

No clean towels were available at the pool when we arrived. The pool area was dirty from previous guests.

A wonderful, relaxing and inspiring stay.
Pros:

Location was amazing, the grounds were so beautiful and well taken care of. The buildings were stunning too! Dinner was really good, they have some lovely dishes. The massage and yoga I did were incredible, and the pools were so relaxing. My room with a balcony and view of the mountain was inspiring.

Refrescante y relajante fin de semana.
Pros:

Me encanta el hotel y el spa. Y me encanta en brunch del domingo. Las instalaciones son comodas y las albercas climatizadas son un gran plus!

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado tener mas contactos al lado de la cama, solo hay uno (porque el otro lo ocupa la lampara) y hoy dia cargamos muchas cosas, como celular, tablets, headphones, etc...
Ademas me gustaria tener mas ganchos o percheros para colgar toallas y chamarras.

Todo iba bien hasta el incidente de la salida y eso cambia la perspectiva

La ubicación este un poco complicada. El desayuno bien

Que me realizaron un cobro de 500 pesos por qué una toalla estaba manchada...pero eso no está estipulado y no te dan mayor explicación solo te indican que si no lo pagas no te dan el pase de salida 😡

Muy Agradable y Calidez del personal.
Pros:

Desgraciadamente por la cantidad de comensales nos tuvieron que mandar al bar y aunque el mesero que nos pusieron "Cesar" hizo todo lo posible para servirnos nuestro desayuno y atendernos, los alimentos tardaron bastante en llegar. El servicio y amabilidad de Cesar ayudo mucho a que pasara mas rapido el tiempo.

En la habitación falto información: Contraseña wifi, directorio telefonico para llamar a la recepción, al restaurant, etc.,
