Cons:

When I arrived at the hotel at 10pm with my family and 4 year old, they said, "Did you book AC?" There is no AC here. They have another property with AC, and if we pay more, they can give us a room there. It was 1 am when we took the next room and started staying. So dont take this hotel

Cons:

Rooms are too small including bathroom.. There was no spade to walk also.. No water was given in the room.. For Hot water they have a tiny 3 litre Instant geyser common for all rooms. No value for money.
