Співвідношення ціна/якість/локація оптимальна.
Pros:

Чудове розташування, поруч центр і також не далеко до вокзалу.

Cons:

Запах миючих засобів не вивітрюється, всі три дні ми його відчували. В помешканні до цього звикаєш, але коли заходиш то відчувається сильно. Досить старі меблі, але все ціле. Холодильник захований в тумбу не зручно відкривати. Чайник, чашки, стакани в номері є, але ложку не поклали. Для сегмента економ готелів за таку вартість назвати номер "люкс" звісно можна. Але, якщо ви маєте досвід відпочинку хоча б середнього сегменту то це вже буде "економ", навіть не стандарт. Мінуси нівелюються ціною та зручністю розташування.

Номер люкс,но уже не люкс.
Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение, близко от прогулочной зоны.Рядом кафе на выбор.Не большой уютный тихий дворик.Зелень.Хороший вид если живёте на верхних этажах.

Cons:

Уборка номера слабая,при заселении наткнулся на чужие носки под стулом.Мебель старая ,двери пошарпаные.Интернет не тянет не ТВ,не Ютуб.Душевая не весёлая по виду и цвету.Персонал не особо приветлив,год назад всё было получше.Номер той же цены и категории на верхнем этаже намного лучше и приятнее.Нижний этаж не понравился.На люкс в таком виде не тянет.Нужен капитальный ремонт.
