В отелі перебувала з 15 по 18 січня 2026 року. Розташування чудове. Привітний персонал. Сам отель теж непоганий, але взимку є великий мінус.
В отелі відсутнє опалення. Підігрів лише кондиціонером, але він слабенький і при температурі -15* на вулиці, його роботу зовсім не відчуваєш. До того ж, в ті дні були тривалі відключення світла і кондиціонер зовсім не працював. Постійно мерзла і спала вдягнена.
Затишно,персонал робить все для комфорту відвідувачів!
Це не глобальні мінуси))) їх можна виправити-дівчата приберіть під ліжками,а то наші діти там познаходили"скарби".
Відсутня шумоізоляція,але нам особо не заважало)))
