So good have been back
Pros:

An exceptional stay in a beautiful, peaceful setting with excellent hospitality. Like it so much have been back again. Highly Recommended

Conveient if you’re in the area but would not return.
Pros:

Location. Ease of parking and checking in.

Cons:

Cobwebs. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Duvet was very thin, so we had to keep the heater on for warmth over night. Bathroom configuration was unusual and overall feel of the room was that it needed some TLC.
The bathroom bin hadn’t been changed before our stay.

Had everything we needed for a short stay. Was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Parked at the restaurant end and went the wrong way to find the hotel door. Better signage would help.

Perfect for what we needed, brilliant staff.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and very responsive, bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Was perfect for a wedding we attended in the local area and great value for money. Plenty of parking available and very quiet.

Cons:

Room was very warm, not helped by the heatwave. However they had provided fans in the room and not something the hotel can directly control short of installing air con. No option for breakfast however loads of great local cafes in Whitchurch.
