Pros:

Close to airport (5min by ojek or public minivan), strong wifi and aircon, nice shared seating area outside room, minimarket conveniently located downstairs, room generally clean

Cons:

Washbasin located outside room in shared area, no hot shower, toilet could be cleaner, not sure if blanket/rug was clean (it made my skin itch, a sheet would be useful)
