Pros:

Staff very helpful and great location. We had an outside massage therapist come to property who was excellent. Very good breakfast

Cons:

Property a little tired. Rooms could really do with an update.

A most enjoyable place to stay and we will definitely do a return visit. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Wonderful setting with just a short walk to the restaurants and beach. We had a warm welcome from a staff team who were first class, friendly and professional. They did everything make our stay memorable.

Pros:

Beautiful room with huge comfortable bed and 2 balconies. Staff were very helpful. Facilities were lovely, veranda with small pool area very close to the village. Breakfast was cooked to order and was really good.

Lovely hotel, exceptional service, nice place to visit
Pros:

Lovely hotel close to centre of Wilderness. Exceptional service throughout, particularly Ted who worked tirelessly to ensure your comfort. Really nice outdoor / pool area surrounded by trees and local bird life. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend the Eden Adventures canoeing/ hiking activity and the "Girls on the Square" restaurant. The Map of Africa is also well worth a visit

First time on my own as a widow but felt very much at home.

Super stay in Wilderness.
Pros:

This was a great choice of guest house. Easy to find and access. Parking on site behind secure gate. Very friendly staff who gave great service (booking restaurants, helping with enquiries, help with luggage). We had a very comfy room (two balconies) with plenty of space. Extremely comfy armchairs and bed. Coffee facilities with fresh milk provided in the little fridge. Breakfast in nice setting (outside when weather allowed with views of the garden and the birds). Generator kicked in when we had power cuts. Umbrellas available if raining. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We liked everything at the guest house. We walked to the beach which was a bit disconcerting as under the road through a tunnel. Gorgeous beach - didn't swim due to the number of jelly fish we saw on the beach but we did see others swimming.

Amazing place! Exceeded expectations!
Pros:

This place is incredible! Everyone is super friendly, especially Ted, always amazingly helpful with all our needs, giving recommendations to local attractions, booking restaurants, he was just a star!!! Also had the best massage of my life here. Pool area and entire place is just beautiful! Highly recommend and will be back!

Pros:

A beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Wilderness, whilst in the centre the gardens and pool so tranquil. The staff were wonderful throughout our 3 night stay.
