Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr heimelig in dem 400 Jahre alten Berner Holzhaus.
Moderne zeitgemässe Zimmer mit Bad und sogar mit Klimaanlage.
Personal war sehr freundlich. Gute Speisekarte mit spannenden Gerichten.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen kann man nicht sagen, eher eine Tatsache.
Die Zimmer sind in dem historisch alten und schönen Gebäude über 3 Stockwerke verteilt.
Somit ist der Einbau einer Liftanlage unmöglich und die Zimmer werden ausschliesslich nur über die Treppe erreicht.
Das kann für Personen mit Handicap oder Gehschwäche ein Problem sein.

Hätte für den Preis etwas mehr „komfort“ erwartet, aber sehr gute Lage und äusserst nettes Personal bei dem man sich woh

Urchiges Haupthaus an guter Lage. Soweit heimelig mit guter Küche.

Äusserst zuvorkommendes und lösungsorientiertes Personal

Cons:

Das Zimmer war „realtiv alt“, das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Für diese Verhältnisse war die Übernachtung aber recht teuer (jedoch nicht höher als andere Unterkünfte in der Region).

Było przepysznie. Jak ktoś szuka doznań kulinarnych, to jest idealne miejsce.
Pros:

Super restauracja. Pyszne posiłki i genialna obsługa. Nie dziwię się że znajdują się w przewodniku Michelin.

Cons:

Mało wyposażenia w pokojach hotelowych. Brakuje lodówki, czajnika i kubków w pokojach, żeby gość mógł sam zrobić sobie herbatę lub kawę w pokoju.

Sehr schöne Lage und empfehlenswertes Haus …
Pros:

Älteres, schönes Gebäude und sehr nette Mitarbeiter.
Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Am Morgen gab es ein reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Da das Hotel gut ausgebucht war, ging es am Parkplatz sehr eng zu.

Pros:

The room was clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is in a very quiet area, about 10 minutes ride with the bus from Interlaken centre. The breakfast included was good with lots of different options to choose. Wilderswill train station is closed by (walking distance) where you can reach Lauterbrunner ecc. The reception staff was kind and helpful:)

Pros:

Das Frühstück war okay: gute Auswahl an Brot und Käse sowie guter Kaffee. Allerdings haben uns frisches Obst und Gemüse gefehlt.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Auf Booking war nur ein Bild von einem solchen alten Zimmer zu sehen, während ansonsten fast ausschließlich die neu renovierten Zimmer gezeigt wurden.
Eine Frechheit!
Wir bekamen ein sehr altes, nicht renoviertes Zimmer in der obersten Etage. Badezimmer und Möbel wirkten jahrzehntealt, zudem war der muffige Geruch im Zimmer sehr unangenehm. Für den Preis definitiv nicht angemessen und eine große Enttäuschung.

Insgesamt leider nicht das, was wir aufgrund der Fotos erwartet hatten.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war geräumig und hatte einen großen Balkon. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage an einer Nebenstraße.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war zu klein für die Vollbelegung. Auch der Parkplatz war abends zu klein für ein voll belegtes Hotel UND das Restaurant.
